If you want a Five-Stars moving service and to deal with a responsible, efficient, energetic, healthy, reasonable and flexible business owner, you HAVE to give John at **Fresh Start Moving Services** a call. After all, you will be paying for a reasonable LOW price for his Five-Stars service! Warning: You will NOT get unreasonable/ crazy low price here, because it doesn’t exist or it would mean you need to sacrifice something major (ie. Peace of mind, safety, flexibility).
John represents his company well, because he owns his company. First of all, he showed up on-time, with his fresh outfit and his own estimate “formulation work-sheets”. He then sat down and discussed many minor details in regard to our move; we talked about stuffs that I would not even have anticipated before, during and after the move. His advices led to many cost-saving and hassle-reducing opportunities at the day of moving and beyond.
Due to a banking delay, we had to change our moving day/time twice, John worked very closely with us, and we came up with flexible and workable solution. Again, the key is to work with him and keeping him in the loop. Please don’t get mad at others because you are the one that hide the problems until the last minute. During our big day of moving, like many things in life, we encountered some difficulties and delays, HOWEVER, that was the chance that we looked back, and felt GREAT about selecting John and Fresh Start Moving Services Company. John and his team were able to navigate and resolve EVERY hiccup and problem that came up onsite, and that’s why John truly earned our business!
