I took my son up here about a month ago to get his first hair cut, they did a wonderful job with my husband's hair so I figured why not take my little boy up there too? Such a bad idea. Now I understand that my little man didn't make the job easy on the girl doing his hair but she could have done a better job. The back of his hair looks choppy and it's not blended well. Well I decided to go in there since I had a coupon and get my hair cut before my baby shower.... bad idea. I'm so glad I didn't pay full price for the hair cut that I received. The stylist seemed unsure of herself the entire time she was cutting my hair, she also didn't even bother to pretend like she knew anything about customer service. Didn't talk to me the entire time she had me in the chair, and at the end of the day I walked out with a hair cut that wasn't quite what I wanted or expected. She didn't listen to me about the length, or the layers, nor did she listen about how I wanted my bangs. Because of this I will take my husband back there to get his hair cut since they did fine with his but I'll never be going back and paying full price for their services. They seemed rushed and unfocused on customer service.
