Our AmeriTech accounting is awful. Ask anyone with basic accounting or bookkeeping knowledge and you too will know they have no clue. You don't intermix budgets with actual expenses and call that bookkeeping. Compare the final report by your CPA with monthly financials and ask your CAM why are they so different.Annual construction projects consistently take twice the amount of time and money.Answers given by our CAM vary from one hour to the next. Not enough room here to list all the issues.

I have worked on several transactions with Gavin and have found him to be very knowledgeable about Clearwater real estate. He is honest and direct and easy to work with. He really puts his clients needs before his own, recently canceling a local appointment to drive 4 hours to discuss an offer in person with his client. Dedication like that is rare.
To Whom It May Concern: My elderly in-laws needed to sell their condo in Clearwater, FL. In January of this year, I did some internet research for realtors, and made a cold call to Gavin McGrath, with your agency, asking him how a sale of property long distance would take place. He answered my specific questions very thoroughly , and nothing more was done at that time. I was impressed with his taking so much time for explanation, without even a promise of future business. In late March of this year, my husband & I came to FL to start the process of selling this condo for my in-laws, which is when we contacted Gavin, who remembered our call and we finally met him. He was so far superior in all ways (over the other woman with whom we interviewed, who boldly claimed her superiority of knowledge of TOTW, even condemning any other agents abilities in that regard). Gavin has a confident & knowledgeable demeanor and a truly personable but professional manner. After hiring Gavin as our agent, many, many troublesome problems had to be handled, and single-handedly by Gavin, as my husband and I returned home early April. A mold issue and a water leakage problem caused many months of concern - construction had to happen, with a company that Gavin had to find. Materials had to be selected, again by Gavin in our absence. Furniture had to be removed, a very involved and lengthy process, where Gavin personally and physically moved some items and arranging for pick up by others. A thorough housecleaning of the unit had to be done, which some Gavin physically did himself, and then he found us a cleaning crew. And an air quality test had to be done, which again, Gavin had to direct. All of these processes entailed coordination and Gavin’s physical presence to let these workers in.Lastly, but most importantly, due to the buyers’ agents ineptness, and making a burdensome and annoying mistake on the contract, our buyers almost walked away from the deal with only three days before closing. The buyers wanted the furniture (which Gavin spent hours and hours removing) but the buyer's agent specifically stated that the furnishings were “not applicable”! Gavin had to make some late night frantic emails & phone calls to all involved, and negotiated an acceptable solution to all parties, thereby allowing the settlement to go as planned. The process was grueling and trying, but Gavin never lost his cool or his dedication to this process. The commission on this sale had to be one of his smallest, but he never wavered from his responsibility to us. We are forever in his debt, and my infirm in-laws are so grateful that we found this wonderful agent. You should be very pleased to have such a professional person on your team. He will be highly recommended by us for all to see. Sincerely,Ray & Patti Neumannfor Fred Neumann & Alice Walters2231 Utopian Dr., E
I have worked for this company for 18 years. They are dedicated to the the residents and staff at their properties. It is with sadness that the sale of both properties i managed, i will not longer have the pleasure of working for this company. It has been a wonderful experience.
Our experience with Gavin as our realtor was outstanding. He is quick to respond to questions. We did not know the area as we had just moved here to Clearwater. Within a week we not only found the home of our dreams but the closing was quick, easy and we closed in 30 days. We could not be happier. We would recommend Gavin to anyone.
Quality of work is poor. Owner Scott Suarez does not return calls. We hired JSS Property Professionals to remodel our kitchen and living room for our vacation condo. Nothing was done according to our specs. Wrong cabinets were installed, no report for mold remediation, no inspections from the City (per code), leaking dishwasher and he sat on the deposit for the new slider. Just to name of few of the issues we had. What should have taken 6 weeks took nearly two years. He is dishonest and does not tell the truth.
Gavin has proved to be an outstanding Realtor. I have worked with him for several years and he has never failed to get me a good price on a property with his negotiating skills. I recommend Gavin as a go to agent!
*** Poor Workmanship – Stole Money *** I feel Drew's pain below. Scott Suarez is a neighbor no less. Not only did he do sub-par, inferior work but Scott never refunded (felony theft) $16,599.73 for returned flooring he never installed.(He picked it up) How do you describe a person who takes almost $17k from your family? I've hired an Attorney to sue and get our money back! Here are the details on each part of the shoddy remodel:3 Window fills with stucco (had to hire another company to fix) After just doing 2 window fills we had him stop before doing the 3rd. The stucco cracked around the four sides showing a complete silhouette of where the window was. He did it incorrectly - he did not cut out any of the appropriate amount needed (about 4") of the old stucco around the window. The seams of the old and news stucco should not be where the window is cut out - that's how you get a silhouetteKitchen Cabinet install. (had to hire another company to fix) First he told us that kitchen cabinets can be installed on cement floor first before wood/tile floors. This is not true - you will have alip of at least 1/2-3/4 of an inch where you can't slide out refrigerator to clean behind it. You would also have to remove granite to get dish washer out for repairs, if needed.Wood Flooring (Gulf Tile has tile – JSS wont refund money) JSS and Gulf Tile sold me cheap engineered 3/8” wood flooring for $6.00/ft in which I later found for $2.28/ft at Floor and Décor. So they accepted the return but refuse to refund my money of 16,599.83. (this is comparable to felony theft) (Note: We purchased SAME marble tile 50%+ cheaper at Floor and Décor vs Gulf Tile)
Fake company that steals identities and phone numbers.
new Scott for a while through other business transactions so thought they'd be a good company to do concrete work. Scott came and quoted the price they did the work they did a good job on the work..... when it was done we discussed with Scott having his men come back to do some touch ups. had to call Scott 10 x"s he would say my men haven't been out there yet? no thats why i keep callin! then when I told him they did great work but the follow-through was poor+ would not recommend themnever heard from Scott again.I just wanted him to do the extra work he promised he would do for us.. plain and simple. I tried to be easy to get along with for 30 days calling nicely, ect. :(honestly they did good work so if you do use them do not pay them until all the work you want is done, everything.
