Would not recommend. I called here about two months ago and was told to send pictures and I'd get a call back. Never got any kind of response. I had other things that took priority over selling my car and I am just getting back around to it. So I again Google selling my junk car. Called these people again hoping for a better experience. Not so much. Exactly the same thing again. Sent the pictures and no response. This time I called back after a day to say I had already called and never got a response. Person asked what kind of car again, then offered me $110. Which is absolutely crazy, considering every other place I've called since two months ago to now, has offered roughly $300. This place seems very shady.
The place has really changed since the new staff. The mechanics are very knowledgeable. Friendly staff.
The worst customer service ever in all departments except for titling. No loyal customer treatment!!
My experience with Superior Auto Source was excellent. From their customer service to their knowledge on the vehicle was beyond expectations. They were respectful and very patient (with my million questions). I highly recommend them!

Great experience great cars great prices i bought a 2012 nissan sentra sr model loaded with all features low miles i think it had around 60k and i got it dirt cheap and they were nice enough to not charge me a dealer fee.. I've sent 3 people there already and there very happy... great job to both pf them i wish all dealers was like them two guys
Cars are lemons, even within 24 hours they will not allow exchange or refund I am a cancer patients that needs my transportation and I do not have $4000 to throw away
If I could I would give 0So it all started because the truck had a light engine hot ac off Everytime they said it was fixed it was not also the horn kept going off for no reason and gauges where going nuts all 4 times the truck was in and they said it was fixed it did it again within 10 miles of picking it up so then they tell me we can't fix it but GM will replace it the guy Bob was adamant that he will get it done and there will be no problems.....Great right GM is standing behind there stuff wrong 3 days later they call and said sorry we can't do anything I have bin lied to yet once again now mind you this truck is under factory warranty so now I have to spend the day at my attorneys office to get this resolved as they gave me a truck back that was said to be safe to drive and is not so now because of safety concerns I will have to take action against GM and the dealership I have had a absolutely horrible experience her every time I've bin here there has always bin a problem took 2 months to get a appointment because they fired a service drive manager or some crap and forgot about me yet I gave them chance after chance loosing money every day we'll see what happens in court I guess sad it has to come to this......Contacted David rudder a total of 6 times not even a call back this is not how business is conducted I will blast this all over the Internet and social media......I was smart and recorded every word will make sure it all hits YouTube in a few days
I have never had such a horrible customer experience. If there is one place that should be avoided.... this is definetly at the top of the list!
