My company used them as our main source of advertising. The first week our ad was printed so blurry, that you could not read it. We were told that they were individually addressed to the readers. We found the flyer tossed by the road and in peoples yards. Our main concern after receiving no calls for two weeks was the deliver service for the flyer. We were told that a carrier cannot throw them away due to their way of tracking them. Sue told me they take pictures of everyone they deliver. Brenda, her supervisor, then told me they don't take pictures. Then the following day we found about 50+ flyers tossed in a bin under mailboxes in a condo community along with all the other ads from other companies. They can never get an ad correct and print it without thinking, even after explaining it like you would to a 3 yr old. After three weeks of trying we only received 1 singular call. We had more calls from placing a craigslist ad than using their company. We sent out 86 thousand flyers every week and only 1 call. It was not our pricing because our other ads are still receiving calls. We changed our ad to bridge the gap between us and our competitors and sent them a revised set up for our ad. We did this to isolate the issue with their ad. They again messed up our ad and now it is printed. I am about to lose a ton of money due to their lack of attention to detail. I called the President Mr. Guzmon. They said they could do nothing for us. They gave us a free week on the first mistake, then made us pay for the second, but now they do not want to fix their mistake. Today I called our rep Sue, she told me that they printed exactly how I said to. I own a carpet cleaning company it is not rocket science. They placed two coupons with different prices with no description. The customer cannot tell what price is for what. This is just one issue with about 5 other typos. they even sent me a proof with the word purchased spelled wrong( purchas). After speaking with Sue she said she cannot help us anymore. I finally got a call from her supervisor and she had no explanation and that she cannot help us and will refund our money. The president was to busy getting on a flight and didn't have time to contact us. They sent me the proof to be reviewed last night when I could not contact anyone. They printed the flyers this morning. Too much money for little to no result.
