If this is any reflection of the business model and customer service. Then I am ok with them keeping there doors locked. The website clearly states Sunday hours are from 11 to 6. So my wife along with our 4 kids and 2 grandkids. Also my brother and his family of 4 yes a party of 12. Decided to celebrate father’s Day at a new place in town called duffs. We arrive at 6pm only to see a blue tape over the posted hours saying they close at 6. So I called and a female manager answered and let me know in a nasty tone that the owner said he was closing early and it’s his place he can do what he wants to. I was like wow ok so that’s how you speak to patrons who call to ask questions. She firmly repeated the owner can do what he wants. So I politely asked for her name she refused to give it to me and hung up the phone. I called back she hung up again. So again I say if this is how they treat people after only being open for 4days I’m ok with them keeping the doors locked. Because with management and owners like that then with in 12months they will be locked permanently. We are enjoying our father’s day meal here across the street at fords garage. Maybe I should have took my wife’s advice and went to Fred’s buffet they welcome you like family.
Randy is the best. I a really excited about Duff's coming to Clearwater. As Homer used to say "You just can't find a better place"
Great food, but it isn't a buffet.Known for it's pizzas, but the burgers are great too. They have a prime rib special on Saturdays.
