I bought a lexus GS350 from Audi clearwater, my sales consultant was Henry Hasbun, he is an excellent sales consultant at Audi Crown, he is very good and sold this car without any pressure, finance was very helpful to get a good rate and also the the paper work was done in a very short time. Henry also helped me to get two new tires, and got a second key which is fairly expensive. He also changed vipers a week after I bought the car without any hesitation. Also did car wash after changing the vipers.

If I could I would give 0So it all started because the truck had a light engine hot ac off Everytime they said it was fixed it was not also the horn kept going off for no reason and gauges where going nuts all 4 times the truck was in and they said it was fixed it did it again within 10 miles of picking it up so then they tell me we can't fix it but GM will replace it the guy Bob was adamant that he will get it done and there will be no problems.....Great right GM is standing behind there stuff wrong 3 days later they call and said sorry we can't do anything I have bin lied to yet once again now mind you this truck is under factory warranty so now I have to spend the day at my attorneys office to get this resolved as they gave me a truck back that was said to be safe to drive and is not so now because of safety concerns I will have to take action against GM and the dealership I have had a absolutely horrible experience her every time I've bin here there has always bin a problem took 2 months to get a appointment because they fired a service drive manager or some crap and forgot about me yet I gave them chance after chance loosing money every day we'll see what happens in court I guess sad it has to come to this......Contacted David rudder a total of 6 times not even a call back this is not how business is conducted I will blast this all over the Internet and social media......I was smart and recorded every word will make sure it all hits YouTube in a few days

I bought a 07 Ram from these crooks!! I traded my paid off car in, tells me they will give me $5oo for it? I said No... So they said ok,$1500. So I said fine that will work since I really liked the truck. All of a sudden after I signed the contract, I noticed they added a 1500 dollar " recondition fee " to it!! CONS!! That's not it... So they tell me I'm all set on the loan everything is good. Calls me two weeks later and said that they couldn't do it for what they said, they raised my payment by almost a 100 dollars a month and raised the interest rate!! To top it off, the tell me EVERYTHING is in Perfect working condition and its " bulletproof ", Guess what, the 4 wheel drive didnt work, the motor started having a cold start knock and the A/C QUIT within 2 MONTHS!! WOW, This is crazy, I have never been so screwed over on a car like these crooks did to me. I advise everyone to stay clear of these con artist!! WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!! PLEASE LOOK AT NICK F.'s REVIEW... SAME THING HAPPEN TO ME!! *** NOTE: I did NOT Write a positive 5 star review on the website!! They are Posting fake reviews with info obtained from customers!!! DO NOT GO TO LOKEY NISSAN! This was the worst experience I've ever had with any business. I have bought several cars in the past and enjoy the car buying experience, but this turned out to be the worst nightmare with the worst service possible. I found a "good deal" online and called in the morning to ensure that the car was available and that I qualified for all applicable rebates for that price and there would only be standard taxes and fees on top of that.Once I arrive to the dealership, I see that they are doing a major renovation and have placed the sales office in a trailer. So I meet ANGELO, the sales associate I spoke with over the phone that morning, and he remembers exactly the car I'm looking for so he says he will get the keys and be right back. One hour later (no exaggeration), he frantically comes back and says that the car is in a holding lot 45 minutes north. Angelo says he's embarrassed because he knows I drove from Orlando to Clearwater to buy that specific car.Regardless of this, I still give the dealership a chance and agree to talking numbers to see if the car should be transported if I buy it. Then Angelo proceeds to show us a list price that's $4,000 higher than the price I agreed with him over the phone. He goes on to say that the price online is with all qualifying rebates and before the DEALER ADDENDUM of $2,000. I immediately ask for a manager.At this point, the GSM, BRENT TANSY, steps in and tries to resolve the situation. He continued to lower the price to try and save the sale and reduce escalation, but I told him that no matter what the price is, I wouldn't buy a car from LOKEY NISSAN because of its wrongful business practices. He continues to say that Lokey is the best selling car dealer on the coast, so I ask him if they achieve that morally and thru honest business practices. His reaction was my confirmation that Lokey is built on the foundation of greed, sleaziness, and inconsideration.
Awesome dealership!! Everyone is friendly, courteous knowledgeable. Worth the 1 hour drive. We love our new car. We also will start our search for a second car at Lokey VW.
I went in feeling like my day could t get worse because my car broke down and I could t get it fixed unless I spent too much money on it. Jokingly I said maybe we could buy a car and not only did we get the kind of car that we wanted but we got it at a price that was acceptable and worked with a salesmen who didn't treat us like a number but like humans. It felt really good to buy a car here. Nothing like any other dealer I know.
