(2) weeks I submitted an email and I heard back from Mike the very next day. However; from there It was one excuse after another, only to have my entire Saturday wasted, no show. They are clearly care more about moving onto the next job than actually taking care of the crap work they already collected on.

Then the following week it was a day-by-day thing, but I was assured if they could not get it done we were solid for Saturday. Again, one excuse after another, we went from 12-2, to 4pm to we are on our way at 6pm...…. I waited until 8pm and never got a call back until the following day.

They seem think "we come to you" so what's the problem? The problem is that I am a professional person with a "very" busy schedule. I said I am willing to work with you, but PLEASE do not do this to me a third time. We set for 4/29/21 between 12-2pm, and that I would get a call, but I never did. I called right before 2pm. I said, Mike, are you kidding me? He said we are on our way in 45, Nope this will not work. In addition, I have heard this a dozen times and they never showed! I had to be in another County at 3pm. I have literally heard this a dozen times in the last (3) weeks, only to be left stood up, every time. I was not going to "rearrange" my schedule again to accommodate these people. They wanted to come at 8 that night. Again, this did not work for me and I have found their WORD, means nothing.

They overcharged me, did crap work, wasted hours of my time, strung me along with one excuse after another. Because I CANNOT ACCOMMODATE THEM! Unbelievable! Now I am going to pay to get film removed and reinstalled. By time it is said and done this will cost we well over 1K, not including the time that I lost not billing clients.

We do not force anyone to buy any product in particular, we listen to our customers and provide them with the best options of film per their situation. Our pricing options are straight forward per service. Some people like Susan K did not understand that she asked for pricing for window tint installation but failed to include the fact that old film needed to be removed from vehicle. This is clearly another service therefore it includes an extra charge. We apologize if this may be confusing but it is important to understand that removal of tint is more difficult and time consuming than the tinting of the vehicle.

Will try to up-sell you with a load of crap. What starts out as a good price will end up being a total gouge. Seems their people on the phones are trained to give you "worst case" estimates and find reasons to up the price, over and over. Stay away!
