General Info: Co-ed dorm style hostile, studio apartments: Our rooms feature a homelike environment with 3 full kitchens and 2 kitchenettes, Bathrooms are cleaned daily with organic detergents. We provide linens and towels. Onsite pay per use laundry room. 24 hour onsite staff work hard to make your vacation the best. The garden has a community patio with gas grill and fire pit. We love music and can often be talked into impromptu drum circles and open jams. A bit of old style Florida tucked away 5 miles from Clearwater Beach and 1 mile from downtown Dunedin. This two story house built in 1923 is surrounded by organic, tropical, permaculture style gardens. A fun and casual atmosphere our guests often become extended family. We are committed to sustainable practices. Onsite composting, recycling, up-cycling, rain water harvesting, soil restorations and native wildlife. Sunset House and Gardens is a certified wildlife habitat. We are home to the endangered Monarch butterfly as well as native birds and plants.
