I recently purchased a brand new HVAC system from RDK. Ranco came out to service my old system which was not running. He showed me everything that was wrong with it and explained what needed to be fixed and why. He gave me an estimate on repair vs. replacement. No pressure. I went with a new system. He and his partner Joe came out and worked very hard in very hot weather to install it. They periodically showed/explained what they had done and why. After they were done, Ranco took quite a bit of time to explain the contract, warranty and care of my new A/C. He answered all my questions in detail and made sure I understood the importance of care and maintenance. Ranco and Joe are both honest, dependable, courteous, and hard working. I have had VERY BAD expereinces with A/C companies in the past. Now I won't use anyone else but RDK! Thank you Ranco, Joe, and Diana!

I recently purchased a brand new HVAC system from Ranko. He arrived on time, worked hard until the job was finished, and cleaned up when he was done.



He periodically showed me his work and explained exactly what he was doing, why he was doing it, and asked if I had any questions or concerns.



Ranko is also very thoughtful because our house was hot due to our failing old HVAC system. He brought us a portable air conditioner and hooked it up so we'd be comfortable during the night before and during the next day when he arrived to replace our old system. I am a very happy and satisfied customer.



Ranko is a hardworking young man with a strong work ethic. He has excellent communication skills and is a detailed worker.



More importantly, he is honest and takes pride in his work. That is a quality that is hard to find in this business.



I look forward to seeing him again when he comes out for routine maintenance needs.

If you EVER have an issue with your AC system, make sure you call RDK. I have a rental property with some elder folks staying when my unit went on a Friday night. Ranco arrived within an hour of my call, but sadly, my unit had died. By 10:00 am the next day, Ranco pulled into my driveway with a new compressor unit and air handler! He worked through the day and into the night. When my renters returned home from dinner, the first words were "boy, it's cool in here". Music to my ears!

Ranko and his family deserve good things to happen. I found his company online and chose him after reviewing other companies. He was precisely on time, and worked very hard in my 100degree+ attic. Our handler was performing poorly and we knew we really needed a new handler. However, we are in short sale on our home ( I'm sure many can relate) and we are not in a position to install a new unit. So, Ranko did everything in his power to get our handler in working order for a VERY LOW cost. I felt bad, because one thing led to another going wrong, and he persevered for our sake. He knew the financial bind we were in and basically gave us many hours of labor at no charge. He really wants to make it right, and is very compassionate and caring. We were very blessed to come across Ranko- I would recommend him to anyone who longs for a service company to have honesty, work ethic, and compassion. Please call him.

My husband and I are military and living out of state. We currently rent our home and the tenant called us yesterday night to let us know that our airconditioner was blowing warm and it was over 80 degrees inside the house. I called RDK AC at about 8 pm. They were there by 8:30 and everything was fixed and ready to go by 9pm. Needless to say our tenant was extremely pleased that it was all taken care of in such a timely manner, as were we.
