Overall

We were guaranteed our new living room furniture would be delivered in 6-8 weeks. We ordered on 10/28 which gave them 8 weeks and 2 days. Well, after numerous phone calls, we were told today 12/15 that our furniture would not be delivered until the first week of January!!! Now we have no living room furniture for our family coming for Christmas ! This same thing happened last year to a friend of mine too! If you want furniture delivered by Christmas, order it in August OR better yet go someplace else!

Complaint Description:

Purchased A leather living room set that is currently peeling and changing colors on the cushion, have extended warrenty, company is refusing to fix . The corners of the recliners the leather on the seat is peeling, the couch cushions have changes in spots from a deep brown to a light tan. I have a extended warrenty on this product. They sent two men out to look and take pictures, on Dec. 19th. After not hearing anything I called back on Jan.12th to learn tha Mary Behrens the customer service manager had canceled the claim. When I spoke to Mary today (1/16/15). She said they will not honor the contract due to the fact this is not covered, however on the web site it state the issue is covered when I pointed that out I was told I dont have that warrenty I have the older verison. However my warrenty states if they cn not fix it the would replace it. The set is not two years old yet and already replaced one due to warrenty defects so this set is about a year old. I paid over 2800.00 for this set from Lisa King and I was told I had full leather, now they are trying to tell me I bought bonded leather. In any case they need to honor the warrenty as stated in the agreement signed at the time of purchase. As well Mary was rude and not helpful nor doies she display customer service. Sharon



Your Desired Resolution:

I want the set repaired or replaced as the warrenty states would be done with any and all issues with the furniture. Or they can refund my money and cone get there defective furniture.
