        Horrible service, awful owner.



        Brought in my vacuum for cleaning and tuning, the vacuum needed to be cleaned and the rollers and bearings needed to be replaced as they do after heavy usage, the owner charged me 80$ for his quote " quality services ", when I returned to get my vacuum nothing was fixed or cleaned as he told me, a part of my vacuum was cracked that had not been previous to my initial visit, when asked, he completely denied responsibility and tried to blame it on me, I asked that it be replaced and he preceded to ask for more money to replace something he broke. He had no accountability for his mistake of damaging my vacuum, he was aggressive in his denial and insisted that it was my fault. Not only is this extremely unprofessional it's almost criminal to not deliver a service that was guaranteed, but to also deny further causing damages.



        In summary do not come here for service or repairs for your vacuum, this " family business of 50 years " is not only irresponsible , it provides poor customer service and improper treatment of your appliance.
