They sell vans with known electrical issues to unsuspecting customers. Three mechanics told me that if the dealer didnt know about this problem, then they are incompetent or stupid. The issue was noticed within 2 hours of purchase, got progressively worse, and now the car will cost more than the purchase price to fix. I've had the car 3 weeks. When I mentioned this politely to them, their response was "go look at a youtube video"...They offered absolutely no assistance. Not even the number of a decent mechanic. I guess they didn't want their mechanic to tell me that they should have or did know about this problem beforehand. They had a nonchalant, "we dont really care. you bought the car" kind of attitude. Regardless of the vehicles purchase price, I expect a little professionalism and I expect a company to stand behind what they sell, even for 24 hours. This company refused to do so.

There was an issue with a car I bought from them

within the 1st couple weeks of having it

And it didn't appear like we were gonna resolve it

In the end Bobby J ended up rolling up his sleeves and fixing the car himself

I have never had a used car lot owner do something like that before

I gotta say they made good on their word after all was said and done

I bought a 2004 Hyundai Elantra here a few weeks ago and I just love it! The car is 10 years old, but looks and runs like new! I brought my own mechanic with me and we were given plenty of time to look at any cars we wanted and they even stayed late while we were deciding whether or not to purchase. We test drove several cars and it was hassle free. No one hovered over us or pressured us into anything. I got a great car for a great price! Thanks a lot!

I give every customer the chance to view the carfax/free. Every customer is allowed to have there vehicle inspected by whom ever they choose friend/mechanic. No demo ride is cut short, meaning you will be allowed to demo as long as is needed. No one is rushed or pressured to purchase a vehicle. This woman was not given an alterered carfax, she had the vehicle fully inspected by Meineke. She also bought a vehicle which has one of the highest satisfaction ratings given. Unfortunately you cannot please all even though I/we do try.

IS A TRUE SCAM ARTIST. I BOUGHT A CAR FROM HIM 5 MONTHS AGO, AND THE CAR IS NOT WORKING AT ALL. BOBBY J LIED ON THE CARFAX REPORT SAYING THAT THE CAR HAD NEVER BEEN IN AN ACCIDENT, COME TO FIND OUT THE CAR HAD BEEN IN AN ACCIDENT IN 2004 WHERE HE CAR HAD NEEDED TO BE TOWED AWAY. i WAS GIVEN AN ALTERED CARFAX REPORT. WHEN I RETURNED THE CAR TO BOBBY J'S, HE WAS RUDE AND SAID IT WAS MY OWN FAULT, AND WAS BEING SEXIST BECAUSE I'M A FEMALE, AND THAT I SHOULD HAVE BROUGHT A MAN MORE CAR SAVVY WITH ME DURING THE ORIGINAL PURCHASE. HE GIVES SCAM ARTIST A NEW NAME. TO THINK THE ARMY VETERANS ARE COMING BACK FROM WAR TO TAKE ADVANTAGE OF PEOPLE. VERY SAD!
