Air West A/C

Air West AC was used as a second opinion to a service call issue with my compressor. The office staff was helpful, understood the issues and dispatched a technician who was honest, professional, and knowledgeable of his craft. I went with Air West AC Inc based on a reference from a local contractor and wow, was I surprised. The equipment is top of the line and the install employees were the most professional and pleasant gentlemen I've ever had to pleasure of working with. I'm not tied to this company at all so when I say don't waste your time looking for another company, you can take that to the bank. Go with these guys and save yourself some time and headache.

Ben, an AC technician from Air West AC, Inc. performed a service check at our condo this morning. I am writing this review because Ben was exceptional relative to communicating everything in an extremely clear manner and his thoroughness was second to none! I have worked with many service technicians in the past and Ben was by far the very best of the bunch. I just had my new A/C system installed. This unit replaced a 12 year old unit also installed by Air West. The people are great to work with. Very professional, no pressure from sales people. The installers were great. The office people have been very helpful. I would highly recommend this company to anyone needing service and/or replacement
