I've been going to La Posh for years and I've always found the staff to be friendly and attentive. I book with Stephanie and I don't know what I would do without her. She listens to me when I tell her what I want to do with my hair and she makes it look amazing! I'm a girl with a very short haircut and other stylists would try and talk me out of going as short as I do, so I really appreciate that Stephanie doesn't question or talk down to be about how I want my hair done. In addition to my cut, the color and low-lights always come out gorgeous. I get compliments on my hair all the time and it's thanks to Stephanie and La Posh!

i'm the only one rating here, it appears. i used to go there all the time. he was the BEST hair stylist i have ever been to. his wife judy shampoos and then he cuts. he was an AMAZING stylist.
Salon manager very rude and belligerent. Michelle is a good stylist but a ditz, screwing up 2 of my appointment times. When she did get time right, I felt like a therapist hearing about how tough her life is managing her young child and daycare.

I work in medical skin care therefore I am very picky who I get treatments from. Angela Solomos is a pro!!! She has the best novalash technique of any work I have seen. The treatment room smells nice and is extremely clean. I trust Angela for all of my waxing, lash, glowing needs. She carries Herbal Skin Solutions products as well! Added plus!! Highly recommend!
Absolutely loved everything about this place! The service, the price, and the cut! All above expectations!! Janette took time to listen to what I wanted, and delivered. I went from extremely long (below my waist) to rather short (a stacked bob), she was fearless in accepting the task. I look forward to my next visit!
Intuition was recommended by a co-worker. I stopped by to make an appointment and Linda was available so I agreed to have her cut my hair. I should have realized this was not a good idea because she seemed new and a bit apprehensive with everything she did. She shampooed me and we went to her station and talked about what kind of haircut I wanted. I asked if she wanted to see pictures and she said no; she felt like we were communicating. We talked about my bangs for about 5 minutes. I wanted them right above my eyebrows and said if they were just a little shorter than that it would be fine because they seem to grow fast. I just didn't want them too thick or cut straight across. I wanted them to frame my face. She took her first cut which included about half my bangs and quite a bit of hair above the bang area. When she moved her hand, I couldn't believe how short they were! I looked at her with shock and said Oh no! That's really short. She asked if it was too short and I said yes, but what are we going to do now? You might as well cut the rest of them. She did and I ended up with bangs that were 2" long at most. They were uneven, thick and cut straight across! I told her I was sorry but didn't feel comfortable with her cutting the rest of my hair. I even offered to pay for the shampoo and she offered to blow dry my hair before I left. But, I left with wet hair and didn't pay a dime. I called the salon the next day and spoke with Rolando hoping to get some sort of apology or maybe even a coupon for a free haircut. He got with the owner, Dawn, and called me back with Dawn's response. She said I could come in and have them fixed for free, but if I still wanted a haircut, I would have to pay. I told Rolando that I wanted to send Dawn a picture so she would know that it wasn't just a matter of them being a little short or slightly crooked and he gave me a number to text the picture to. I texted the picture the day before Thanksgiving. Since it was the holiday, I figured I might not hear from her until the weekend or possibly Monday. I texted again on Monday and called. I was told Dawn was going to call my on Tuesday. Here it is Thursday, a week and a half later and Dawn has not called or replied to my texts. From my viewpoint, there are 2 possible solutions. Either offer to cut my hair for free after the bangs grow out or cut it now for free and blend the bangs a bit to make the growing out process a little easier. But, the main thing is this: I had my own business for years and the customer is not always right, but you definitely want to keep them happy! It is word of mouth that will make or break a business so one unhappy customer turns into 10+ that will never do business with you. All I really wanted was an acknowledgement from Dawn that, yes this happened, it was a mistake, they are too short and cut poorly and possibly even an apology.

I went here to get my fusion extentions redone and she did a bad job, by day 2 they were all falling out. she used bad bond glue and everything she used, all her supplys and everything was filthy. nobody there cleans or disinfects anything! They seriously need to be reported to OSHA
I had such an amazing experience with Doug on Sunday, I loved how he took the time to consult with me and give me his opinions on what would look best. My color and cut turned out just as we discussed (maybe even a little better) ! I thoroughly enjoyed myself from the moment I walked in to the moment I left! Everyone was so friendly and accommodating. Not to mention the nice hand and arm massage I received and the fact that the salon is open on Sunday! Doug has most defiantly earned himself a new client :-)
