I bought a lexus GS350 from Audi clearwater, my sales consultant was Henry Hasbun, he is an excellent sales consultant at Audi Crown, he is very good and sold this car without any pressure, finance was very helpful to get a good rate and also the the paper work was done in a very short time. Henry also helped me to get two new tires, and got a second key which is fairly expensive. He also changed vipers a week after I bought the car without any hesitation. Also did car wash after changing the vipers.
IN RESPONSE TO THE JARON M REVIEW ON THIS SITE,We wish we could provide a customer rating for you, we wouldn't give you not even 1 star! You were a COMPLETE NIGHTMARE to deal with. You had a review which was full of lies and then retracted that review to this review full of lies. So lets start from the beginning. On 1/24/18 you submitted an application online to purchase a 2006 Toyota Tundra, we worked with our lending institutions to get you approved & we finally did which wasn't an easy task with the "unique credit situation." On 2/3/18 you texted "I have a big expenditure I am saving for right now. I need every penny. Anyway $500 down now & another $500 on the 15th. First payment due on 3/15/2018, if so I will head there now." we responded "When you have all the down payment come in, we do not hold pick up payments and just because we got you approved we can not hold the truck for you." You texted back " Yard Sale! LOL" You came in later that afternoon and we told you all the terms of the loan: interest rate, payments, and length of loan etc... You also test drove the truck & there was a noise, we said we would have it looked at first thing and call you and let you know what it was. You insisted on leaving a deposit so we wouldn't sell the truck which we said was non refundable, that if we couldn't fix the truck we would return your deposit of $250On Monday 2/5/2018 we called and told you we had fixed the problem and you said you would be in after work to sign paperwork and pick up the truck, you didn't show up. On Tuesday 2/6/18 you called the office and said you got tied up at work and couldn't make it you would be in after work, you didn't show up. On Wednesday 2/7/2018 we texted you "Good morning Jaron it's Christina at the dealership with the Toyota Tundra, when are you planning on coming in?" you responded" Tried yesterday but I had a work meltdown." So we asked "OK so are you making it in today? LMK please." and you responded several hours later "My wife doesn't want me to proceed." May I please have a refund, I am a salesman I will work on her, Thank you." We responded" The deposit as we said when you made it was a NON REFUNDABLE DEPOSIT and we took the truck off the market for you. The only way the deposit was refundable is if we couldn't fix the truck, which we fixed." Then you continued to text "That if we would refund your money you would put on a good review and that if we didn't it would be negative for us." You also texted "I still want to purchase the vehicle." We didn't hear from you again until 2/13/2018 when you started texting an employee whom was on her day off at 8:48 in the morning threatening about bad reviews, using unprofessional language, nasty name calling after she politely told you she was off and was at the doctor's office with her child & would be back in the office on Wednesday. You then called her and continued to text her ALL day. To the point she had to ask you to stop texting or contacting her on her cell phone. So Mr. Jaron Miller lets do the recap:WE DON'T TAKE DEPOSITS, YOU KNEW THAT VIA TEXT AND WHEN YOU CAME IN.YOU INSISTED ON LEAVING THE DEPOSIT SO THE TRUCK WOULDN'T SELL TO ANYONE ELSE. WE MADE IT PERFECTLY CLEAR TO YOU. WE MADE AN EXCEPTION FOR YOU BECAUSE WE HAD YOU APPROVED AND HAD DISCLOSED ALL THE TERMS OF THE LOAN.We did everything we said we were going to do!!!
Test drove truck. It made loud noises. They asked for a deposit, I agreed if it was refundable. I decided not to proceed. They are refusing to refund my money. Not a nice dealership. Stay Away.
I visited the service department at Crown Acura today for service to my vehicle. John Shaw assisted me with an early appointment to get my car fixed. The process was great - he's always such a pleasure to work with. Thank you again!

Would not recommend. I called here about two months ago and was told to send pictures and I'd get a call back. Never got any kind of response. I had other things that took priority over selling my car and I am just getting back around to it. So I again Google selling my junk car. Called these people again hoping for a better experience. Not so much. Exactly the same thing again. Sent the pictures and no response. This time I called back after a day to say I had already called and never got a response. Person asked what kind of car again, then offered me $110. Which is absolutely crazy, considering every other place I've called since two months ago to now, has offered roughly $300. This place seems very shady.
The place has really changed since the new staff. The mechanics are very knowledgeable. Friendly staff.

My experience with Superior Auto Source was excellent. From their customer service to their knowledge on the vehicle was beyond expectations. They were respectful and very patient (with my million questions). I highly recommend them!
