So in a few days time they came back with a few options. I decided that since I wanted more than what this car had, they decided to look into putting me into the next car up which was the ford fashion titanium. Which has everything and more I wanted. So this took a few more days to figure what they could do and do you know they were able to buy back my car that I just got for the full amount and put me in another the one I wanted. And I do know that most dealerships would not do this because for one it has lost value when it drove off the lot, they already lost money on the first deal in some ways, but did make some on other ways. But with this car they worked the numbers to make to be able to get into this car. And I am sure that this was a loss to them as well. But they went over and beyond to make me happy in so many ways. They even gave me lunch since it took time to tint my windows. I also truly believe that all of the staff truly want there customers to always leave with knowing they had great service. And I can tell you this if you have a problem, just be calm and talk to someone there and they will do there best to make you satisfied and solve any issue you might have. I also met Mr. Walker Ford and I can tell you from what I see by talking to him and also from his commercials he truly is what they say, a very kind and caring person and always wants everyone who walks into his store to feel welcome and always leaves with a smile on there face because of good service. We had the best buying experience at this dealership. We happened to be passing by after another dealership jerked us around and not only was their service level second to none they didn't try to pressure us into to buying something that we didn't want or couldn't afford. They spent time going over different options in our price range and showing us in detail the difference between the cars. Our sales person Lee was well informed about the features of the 2013 Sonata that we purchased and was patient with us while we found the perfect car for our needs. The GM came over to us several times to thank us for coming in and met us on our way out to thank us for our business. I happen to work nearby Peterson's, so let me begin by promoting the fact that these guys give up to a 20% discount because of it..not too shabby, considering that most auto places want to charge MORE! I had my starter die on me a few months back..but these guys were great at making me get a little piece of mind. No tow charges at all, reasonable price & friendly service. I, unfortunately, had my alternator just die on me yesterday, but knew I could count on Peterson's to get me back on the road. My repair & oil change was completed first thing the next day. Not one single complaint AAAAAAA++- HANDS DOWN
I bought a 2004 Hyundai Elantra here a few weeks ago and I just love it! The car is 10 years old, but looks and runs like new! I went in feeling like my day could t get worse because my car broke down and I could t get it fixed unless I spent too much money on it. Jokingly I said maybe we could buy a car and not only did we get the kind of car that we wanted but we got it at a price that was acceptable and worked with a salesmen who didn't treat us like a number but like humans. I own a BMW, I was getting tired of the outrageous repair bills at the dealer. I was referred to Chris at Countryside Automotive by a co worker who also owns a BMW. I had an estimate from the dealer for a brake job and he saved me hundreds of dollars, even using original parts. BMW people, stop going to the dealer and try this shop.
