Do not hire this company. We were referred to us by cabinets to go. They said the job would take 2-3 weeks and they didn't finish until the 7th week. They wouldn't show up for days and weeks at a time. We called them every morning to see if they were coming. They were horrible at returning calls and it's impossible to speak with the owner. He hides behind everyone there. All the workings that came to our house said they were used to getting yelled at by the customer because of the work not getting done. One working even told me to just show up at the office because otherwise they won't call you back. The owner is a control freak and won't let anyone make a decision, so EVERYTHING must go through him but he won't return anyones calls or get back to anyone so nothing happens. I am so happy to be done with this company and the horrible experience.
Wow this company is a rip off .If I could give them a - 5 I would.We hired them to put in granite and cabinets they were referred to us by Cabinets to Go so we trusted them. Bobby at KBS was very friendly and helpful at first he said to go to Stone warehouse to pick out the granite that we wanted then you pay 1/2 up front for the fabrication and install then they did the old bait and switch! When they came to do the installs they were 2 hours late to start then the first cabinet had a 2 inch scratch on it. I knew then there was trouble but what do you do ?Then the granite wasn't what we picked out at all so I sent them away with it I hated what they brought, they blamed Stone warehouse and vise a versa after 2 weeks the owner Bobby supposedly finally agreed to talk to us but pulled a no show and won't call us back! I waited 2 hours for him to show for a face to face meeting and he won't call us back or anything Gail the manager of KBS the Experts bounce you back and forth between Rebecca and herself and say Bobby won't take the calls! We finally agreed to take the granite because they would not fix the problem or refund the money and we had already given them $2700 Then the price kept going up after they get the money on deposit (We didn't have a choice or we were out all the money!) After the so called professional install 3wks later of the granite no one came to finish the cabinets and wouldn't call we were under the understanding both teams would be there to finish finally boy was I wrong! The cabinets were never finished at all 2 different teams were to do the install one for cabinets one for the granite but won't come out at the same time or call about it.We finally had to hire someone else to fix all the problems they left. $675 and 2 days later it is done and I hate my kitchen!!! And this is 3 weeks after we were supposed to be done and have a beautiful kitchen.DO NOT HIRE THEM IF YOU WANT AN EXPERT! They do not care about you at all once they have your money they rip you off and don't finish their work! Now I know why they are working in Orlando instead of Clearwater! They must have a great reputation there too!
I hired this company to put a new shower in my home. After numerous errors and delays on their part they finally completed the job approximatley 8 months after they started. The finished shower looks shoddy at best because of mistakes they made on the grout. They also put the the mechanism that controls hot and cold water in reverse and did not put a stopper in so the shower handle goes around 360 degress which can be dangerous if you are not aware of it. I did get an estimate from a very reliable contractor to see how much it would cost to fix the the probelms and was told it would cost $3,000 to fix the problems. Since the Experts charged me $5,000 to do the job initially I am no postion to pay an additional $3,000 to fix the mistakes they made. . Everytime they fixed one problem they caused another problem. They got grout dust all over the entire upstairs of my townhouse because they did not bother to shut a door. Several months later I am still finding evidence of grout dust on clothes in my closet that were covered by the dust. I can not emphasize strongly enough that this is a company you want to stay away from. When I called the Pinellas County Construction Board I was told they had recieved other complaints about this company. I wish I could rate this company zero stars.
he only reason this review has a star is that they won't allow a negative star. This agent is incompetent! We have changed our address with them at least 10 times. The corporate office has my address correct and this agent does for purpose of soliciting junk mail to my home. Otherwise they have my physical address correct but not my mailing address. Therefore when Eileen processed our payment and applied it to someone else's account we did not even know it. They cancelled our policy for non payment but claim they were sending a refund for 70 bucks more than our last payment!? We did not receive any notices of any of this. Luckily the state board of insurance and the BBB are investigating this. The corporate office is also now investigating this, agent. I have email correspondence with Eileen and Laura from this office. Also a bank statement showing the,payment made AND the emailed receipt from Eileen. Corporate stated that they clearly mAde a big mistake. The agent was supposed to handle this. That was 3 weeks ago. Today the corporate consumer complaints division for state farm told me they will handle this themselves because they see the,agent us doing nothing. They're not even responding to the corporate complaints!! Stay clear of this,agent! They fraudulently take your money but do not provide you with the service you have paid for!
Craig Duncan and his team are the best. Beyond our 2 auto insurance policies, we have just setup a HSA (Health Savings Account) through his office. Didn't even know State Farm offered that! Thanks for watching out for our family.
After searching for a few months and talking to several home remodelers, we got in touch with Jered. Right from the start, I could tell he was the remodeler that I was going to trust with remodeling my new place while we were 1000 miles away in Connecticut. Everything came out perfect, all his choices for vanities and paint colors and tile and backsplash were just exactly what we wanted.
