Tower Mart

I have been going to this store for over 10 years. The last few years the store has gone way downhill. First they reduced the hours to close at 10:30pm which causes a large crowd of people to show up at closing time with them turning away a lot of business as this is our only late night store. Second, items often run out before the weekend arrives leaving only a small selection of items and leaving weekend tourists without needed supplies. The shelves are often empty of basic products. Items are OFTEN miss-priced or unpriced. Often items are expired. Management does not seem to care at all. Night staff, especially Patty are very nice, but are unable to do anything about these issues as day shift management is in charge. I wish this store was operated like the store in Lucerne which is always very well stocked and priced correctly.

patty is awesome, she unlike the older women that work at that other gas station in town, patty has a heart. she is kind and caring and gives u that extra bit of crap just to show u that in her old crotchety way that she cares. I love tower mart and spend my money no where else in the oaks.

When you enter the Clearlake Oaks Tower Mart, you may think the employees seem unfriendly. But, in reality, they are so nice! I've been going in there for monthes, and they now know me by name and my age (since I recently came of legal drinking age...), they rarely go without a hello and a kind smile. It's great to go into a store and be treated with such respect, they dont have to be kind, but they choose to. It's wonderful, and Im SO glad I shop there.
