Do not waste your money. This place over charged me I am still fighting for my money back. When you call for a manager you get someone by the name of Michelle, she is rude and loves to argue with you. She can help you and will have the real manager call you. She can do as much as the dish washer there. I tried to buy local but this makes it hard at least big chains will issue a full refund and a free dinner to make it right. This place has gone down hill since Rita retired.
My family has family night every Friday and we used to order from Rita's Pizzeria every Friday for dinner. When Rita's Pizzeria first opened it was more like real pizzeria style food and for the past few years the quality of food went way, way down. I wasn't happy with that and started only ordering from there every two to three weeks in hopes that it would return to the way it used to be soon. They started getting all of our orders wrong and when I made several complaints they offered no compensation what-so-ever; I even spoke with Rita herself!! I think we should have got our pizzas remade correctly for free at the least. The last time we made an order from there my daughter bit into her pizza and spit it out and told me there was something sharp that cut her mouth. I immediately looked through the bite of pizza and found half of a wooden toothpick in her bite of pizza!!! That made my stomach turn! There are obviously issues with sanitation at that place. And, some of the girls that work there have oil all over their hair and faces and it makes me think that they aren't very clean, either. I would never recommend Rita's Pizzeria to anybody.
I went in with my three boys to get their Book-It reading coupons redeemed (a free personal pizza). I was standing in the lobby for at least 5 minutes while the girl at the counter was helping someone else. I had my boys sit on a bench next to the door so I could place the order. A guy walked in and the girl at the counter looked at him and asked if he had a pick up order (she never once addressed me while I was there), the man told her no, he needed to place an order. She looked at me, then back at him, then at me again, then turned to him and proceeded to take his order. I was fuming mad because of the way I was treated.. I walked out of there and went to Little Caesar's and got a $5.00 pizza for us to share. I will NEVER go to this Pizza Hut or recommend it to anybody that I know. I am in customer service and would NEVER treat a customer ignorantly the way I was treated that evening.
