Awful! We got out car from them October 2015. The older guy way over charged us, when we added it to our insurance we got a call from our insurance asking us about a wreck it had been in. They never once told us it had been in a wreck. A month after owning it the check engine light came on and it wasn't covered in the warranty we paid an extra 1000 on. I would never recommend buying a car from them! Had to pay 600 dollars on top of the 9000 we spent to get it fixed. Horrible business! Untrustworthy people.
We love this Dealership!! First of all, the employees are not pushy but give great service. They answer all our questions and are so helpful. The prices have always been right and the vehicles we've purchased through the years have been spot on. Three years ago we purchase a Hindi for my husband to use for work. Last year they helped our son get into a Honda Accord for college. Both these vehicles have worked out great. Yesterday was our third purchase from this dealership. I wanted a van to run children around in that was not to expensive. I wanted the passenger capacity without losing cargo space. Jordan got me into a dodge caravan at a great price. I've always felt it a bit risky buying used cars, but I don't with this dealership. I feel like I can recommend this dealership as a place you can trust. All the Administrators at Layton High School have purchase more that one vehicle from this dealership and that's who recommended them to us, now we're regulars.
Run away from these guys, THEY WILL LIE straight to your face! I looked at a car with a tire problem and asked them to fix it before I bought it. They said they took it to discount tire and they pulled out a nail and fixed it. Two weeks later the tire failed and I took it to discount tire. A gummy plug (used for ATVs) was already used on a hole and they said it wasn't repairable and they never would have made a temporary fix like that. Had to get a new tire for $130. If Blowout had gone in to discount tire in the first place I could have at least saved the tire, but they destroyed it. Whatever they tell you, these guys are the type of business that will lie to customers day in and day out and not lose a wink of sleep at night.
We have purchased two trailers from Sierra RV and they have always taken great care of us and our trailers. Thanks Sierra.
Sold me a car with a "clean title" and manuf warranty. A few days after I bouhht it huge leak took it back, no problem just loose filter. Still leaked took it to dealership. It had a cracked leaky radiator and was leaking tranny fluid as well as coolant. New radiator and flush cost 800 bucks. Blowout ignored my texts and did nothing. The car was in a wreck and poorly repaired I assume by Blowout motors. The wreck and repair voied the warrany. Rip offs
We have purchased several Recreational Vehicles from Sierra R.V. over the last 8 years, both new and used, our newest purchase being a 40' Motor Home, We have nothing but good things to say about Sierra R.V. they have a very knowledgeable staff when it comes to sales and service, they take the time to talk to the manufacturers, and learn about the products that they are selling, We have a large family, and Sierra R.V. is very dedicated to keeping their customers happy, they have always listened to the customers needs, and point you in that direction, they do not try to sell you something you don't want, or run around the lot like they are lost trying to find what you want, they take the time to listen to you, the lot is laid out well, with plenty of room to open up the R.V. and get a good look and feel for it, the parts department has always been very helpful in finding the right part, or to order it if they did not have it in stock, we have not had much work done on any of our equipment, but when we did the service department was very helpful and I have never waited more than 3 days to get anything done, The Owners of Sierra R.V. spend a lot of time making everyone feel welcome and comfortable, they will do all they can to assist in a sale, to get financing, or just to talk to you and share information, they do not pressure you into a sale, we are very grateful for the experiences we have had at Sierra R.V. and will never go any other place for our Recreational needs Thank You, Sierra R.V.
Absolute horrible company who only cares about their profits. Conned into signing something that obligated us to buy...told them we couldn't afford and we had to pay $7500 to get our trade. They target Vets and Military. Do not set foot in this office!!!!
Worst service ever! They could care less about safety as long as they get your money if you drive away and die they wouldn't mind except for when they got the pants sued off them for all the money they got ripping people off. They tried to sale me a battery for $350, I knew I could get one cheaper and did for $80. They tried to add $1000 in to the amount for cleaning and showing me how to use it, I'm no thanks I can do that for free, glad I was smart enough to look over the paper work before signing. Then they try calling me to see if I want to pay$1000 for paint protectant, no I can pay to repaint it cheaper than that when it needs it. Then when I get it plugged in an hour away the ac doesn't work. They make me drive all the wat back to get it fixed and I almost roll the thing cause its swaying so bad. So I pay another $500 for a stabalizer which they should do before letting you drive away if they cared at all about your life as much as they obviously do about your money. I told them I get off work at 9 and would need to stay in it tonight, so what do they do? Lock me out! Now my dog and I are homeless for the night! Great customer service, they didn't even bother calling.
These people have inspection stations falsify the safety and emission tests and tell the customer the car is a champ. Scott likes to use scare tactics on people such as females but cant hold his ground when someone stands up to him. I not only stopped paying for the pile of crap Durango I bought from him, but kept the car and initiated a law suit against him. He sent his goons to try to intimidate me but wound up giving me my deposit back and found himself in the firing line of the district attorney as well. The guy doesnt know how to conduct a professional business and only knows how to rip people off...Stand up to him and demand your money back, stop payment and keep the car in a garage until he gives you back your money, police cant and wont do anything about it, no matter what he says and does. He has to get a writ from a judge to take the car back and he isnt prepared to spend the 800-1200 it takes, will loose too much money.
We have purchased three cars and have been super satisfied. Debbie is super friendly and knows about cars. Overall great place.
