Good place if you want to drink and experience some dank a.s. Always good times to be had here! I would know!
1. Molly's Pub
It's a little-known fact that the site of Molly's Pub used to be the Clear Lake Meat Market. I can remember going there with my mom. How appropriate, considering what this place is now. I could do without the dart board and the crowd that draws, but it's still a great place to get a beer (they h…
If you want to go in for great tea, some coffee, sheesha/hookah, cigars, loose tobacco, or just to talk- they've got you covered. The selections are pretty great and the prices are more than fair. Everyone is in a good mood, and there is free WiFi and a TV. Definitely going back.
3. Tree House
This place had been around FOREVER!!! Me and my buddies would go in there for happy hour, check out the people in the booths. You could tell they were up to no good. Dimmly lit and very relaxing, it's good for those people needing a little incognito time. Ice cold beer, a pretty woman, what …
I recently visited this location and started my tab at the Bar with the Bartender. The bartender gave my tab over to the waitress, who's service was very slow. She forgot items we ordered throughout the night. I am a Bartender myself so I let these things slide. At the end of our evening, …

I went to Big Texas in Spring for the first time on 6-30-07 and I have to say that I had a wonderful time. I am over 30 and its hard to find a place that has as many beautiful ladies in there as it has. The number of ladies out numbered the men I would say 2-1 so guys get out there.
24. Scout Bar
This place is awesome..I worked there when it was called the Liquid Lounge..it has changed a lot since then but completely for the better. Its now twice as big, they book amazing bands and the owners are awesome.
I drink the drink and eat the food. It go in my mouth, then my belly the out below. It doesn't look the same when it come out, but that is how it sposda go.
There is no food, but they let you bring it in. Nice atmosphere and decent drinks. I keep going back.
Went on a Tuesday for the Karaoke night just to learn that new customer that want to participate ain't too welcome. I think that's the reason that weren't too many people there, just the people that obviously are well known by the DJ. It's ok there many places to go. in Houston.
Attended Grooves of Houston last night for Live Scene Saturdays with a friend from out of town. Went on the website to RSVP. as instructed prior to coming to the venue. I was rudely greeted by Rika at the front door who was extremely unprofessional and rude . She quickly assumed that I hadn't RSVP'd and did not know how to search for event brite in my email.. Very bad and condescending attitude.. She yelled at me that what I had in my email was not a ticket. I told her I understand but that I did RSVP for me and my out of town guest. I asked to speak to the promoter. She never called or asked the promoter to come outside as requested. After waiting ten minutes and missing more of the live music band who we came to support, I literally had to call Grooves of Houston from my cell phone outside and ask someone from inside to come out to assist us. Someone came out and let us come into the club.I was told by the promoter that by the time I RSVP'd earlier that the sale had ended but it still let me RSVP anyway, but just didn't send a ticket confirmation. Promoter never apologized for the inconvenience. just that the website shouldn't have let me RSVP and that it is a known issue. Clearly other guests had the problem as well. This needs to be fixed. Rika should not be out front as a representation of Grooves of Houston.
Friendly staff, a little long in terms of service because it's a bar and oftentimes they're PACKED, but great food and great times!
Same crowd, same fat British guy from the efficiency apartments, same dried-up cancerous bar tender, same convicts, same Mount Marley, same Strange Brew, same dart games, same chubby chasers, same everything. But those Big A beers for $3.00 hit the old Spatten. This is not a classy joint,; but they did re-do the bathrooms a few years back.Saw a chick wet her pants, and another light matches on her silicone jobs for all to see. Can see the drug dealers at Food Town the next day shopping with their grandma.Get lost in the Time Machine, be a faithful patron. Don't get too crazy, you too might climb Mt. Marley...
Nothing more pathetic than a biker chick in love with the female staff.Navy buddy almost got into it with a strange gal in leather who mistook a friendly compliment to the bar staff as flirting with her girlfriend.Chivalry is not dead, so we left the joint for the female bodybuilders to fawn all over the tiny little girl working the beer spigots.Disgusting.Stay outside and hang with the college crowd on nights the outside bar is open. This place has a strange vibe and a weird clique. If you know what I mean....
Service have went Allllll the way DOWN!!! All you get is attitudes from the workers. The drinks are good, yes. But they aren't as strong as they use to be and the services SUCKSS!! I can't stress that enough.
Great atmosphere and employees! They have awesome premium hookah flavors! I will definitely be going back! This place is worth checking out!!
