I just bought a car from mega motors today and just a couple of hours after I left the check engine light came on. I brought it to the auto parts to have the codes read and it is showing multiple codes that don't even make since. The auto parts told me that It looks very sketchy. I will be contacting them tomorrow
Bought a car from Frans and a month later now I need a new engine and the car has several oil leaks. Oh and I had to buy 4 new tires for this POS. NOT HAPPY.
Mega Motors is a total rip off. I can not believe that people can live with themselves by selling cars that are not in good condition, just to make a dollar not caring who they rip off. We are a family with three young children who works hard for our money. We brought a car from Mega Motors on the 4th of February, my husband specifically asked the owner is there anything major wrong with the truck, the engine, transmission or service engine light on and he said ,"No" it maybe minor problems. Well needless to say that after a week and a half, the truck broke down on us, it doesn't drive well and it's the transmission. It will cost us over $2,000 to get it fixed and we gave Mega Motors Our last $3500 for the truck. That's our only means of transportation. We called them and asked to be given another car that runs, we don't even want our money back we just need transportation or fix the truck and they flat out said, "No". It is not right and no one should buy another vehicle from them until they get it right. The are rip offs and they don't even care. It is sad and no one business will ever prosper when they take advantage of people. No one has spoken out but, I will. I got a lawyer and also contacted the BBB.
We worked with Brian Mitchell when we had the task of finding a pick up truck for our daughter and son-in-law because their busy life didn't afford them time to do car shopping. It is very scary to make that big of a decision for someone else, but after going to many other dealerships Legacy Auto had the right car and Brian instilled the confidence that we needed to finally make a purchase. We definitely made a good decision to buy from Legacy. They went beyond our expectations when they found things to fix on the truck for us even after the deal was already made. The whole experience was good and my daughter and her husband were very pleased with their end of the transaction. Legacy Auto is a top notch company that believes in excellent customer service and goodwill towards their customers. This company is very unprofessional. Within hours of leaving the lot my check engine light was on, when picking up the car it was dead empty we barely made it to the gas station, and after specifically asking if the car burned oil and told it didn't, I checked the oil to discover that it does. On top of all that I didn't receive my tag until after the temporary one had expired. If you do buy s car from them I would be very weiry and don't trust what they say.

I bought a car from them in April 2010. There was no damage mentioned. I had it looked at without putting it on a lift and everything seemed OK. 2 months later it was discovered to have $1800 of damage underneath the front end. I discussed this with Chris Adams who agreed to pay half of the bill. 6 weeks later and 3 written rquests I still don't have the money. Also it took me 2 months to get my plates and title form them. After 4 weeks I called Chris who said the paperwork was forgotten in a file and he would send it right out. . 4 more weeks went by and I called again. This time the excuse was while he was out of town someone else was supposed to take care of it and they didn't. He said he would get right on it. I finally got them 2 weeks later. Don't do business with these people . They don't have quality cars and they don't treat their customers fairly.
