Very Disappointed in this FirehouseWe love the ones in Charlotte-Great customer service! NOT THE CLAYTON LOCATION!!!!!This franchise is atrocious-! My wife and I have been at this location a few times and have been disappointed in the service… Our last visit we didn’t even get greeted, the kids that were there were more into playing around in the back than helping the one girl actually working… When we finally received our order it was wrong… The girl didn’t even apologize, all she said was “well we are out of lettuce” this is at 8:00 pm on a Friday… Then she begins to tell us that even with her being the “shift leader” she is not old enough to cut some nor is anyone else there do it… She said you have to be 18…Then she and another staff member start talking about the management and completely trashes them and the company…. WOWCalled the corporate office about this location and I was told this is not a corporate store and they could only send the complaint to them… I called the corporate office 4 different times (1 a week) and told them I still have not received a phone call…As of today I STILL have NOT RECEIVED any response from the owner or the manager…. I have waited 4 weeks…. Completely REDICULOUS!
KFC in Clayton continues to disappoint me with their dried up chicken tenders which are usually served cold. All the KFC food that comes out of there isn't so tasty, and is old, or at least when I have tried it on their off peak times The Taco Bell in that establishment has good food though, and hot.
We went two nights and order the same both times. My husband ordered chicken with mustard and lettuce and his sandwich had a lettuce stem on his. Love We order quarter pounder ( we said no cheese and ask fo pickle only. Our burger had cheese, onion, , mustard, ketchup). My suggestion is order off the menu and be satisfied with whatever what you get and don't ask for a special order.
Food is the typical Bojangle ' s fare. Service is a said statement on today's educational system. MANAGEMENT is the worst. The manager has no concept of logistics or customers as a priority. Go to Biscuitville, it is right across the street
Ordered my burger with no onions. Got it with the little slip on top that said no onions. Opened the box. Loaded with onions. But no pickles. Check your order before you pull away. They can't read.
Worst customer service ever especially at a drive thru. Only stop here if every other restaurant in Clayton is closed
Poor management - seems like every time we stop, something is wrong. Too many beans in the chili. We love Wendy's chili, except at this place.
