They will gladly accept in advance- only to give you your items back worse off. They don't understand simple customer courtesy. They don't understand what service is. They're thieves in my opinion.
TERRIBLE!!!!!!!!! I have been patronizing this cleaners for about 3 months now and so far so good. UNTIL NOW...I dropped off my comforter and husbands shirts, picked them up and upon placing the comforter on the bed I gasped! THEY MELTED MY COMFORTER all over. I immediately took it back and at first they said I didn't get it done there (smh), then it was that it wasn't melted and other customers in the lobby clearly agreed it was melted. End result (after 45 minutes) they refused to pay for a replacement, refused to refund me the $21 I had paid for the drycleaning of the comforter and just kept saying "we aren't responsible for damage to anything!". WOW WOW WOW
The lady sends all her jobs to a different location by Crabtree. She made us go to the Crabtree location to pickup our pants which she mistakenly told them not to return to her until two days after we needed the clothes back. She have us the wrong address, name, and directions to get to the right location that had our pants. It took us 2 hours to find the right dry cleaners that had our pants. And the whole time, she blamed the other cleaners for not returning the pants when it was her mistake for not entering the right day into her system because she doesn't know how to use her computer. Worst customer service and worst dry cleaning service I've ever used and now we are hours late for where we are supposed to be. DO NOT FOR ANY REASON USE THIS SERVICE.
