I had a great experience with this company. I went to the store to get the foam in my seat cushions replaced. The staff was very kind, helpful and very knowledgeable in the different foam products that would work great for my use. The cost was very reasonable as well, considering their great quality foam. I went in expecting for the cushions to take over a week and I was very pleasantly surprised to have them done in the same day. I am definitely coming back to this company for many more projects. They also do re-upholstery work, I look forward to bringing in my furniture.

I was a loyal customer of theirs until they literally doubled the price on the product I was purchasing from them. I can understand a price increase but not the type of increase that they applied. Eitherway, no problem, I will do business with someone else, BUT I had a credit on my account and they refuse to give me the credit! Not a good business to deal with, BEWARE! They do not work with their customers, not even their loyal customers. They would rather lose me all together as a customer. I will never buy from them again!

This is the third order we have made with this company and could not be happier with the quality, service, and value. First, we had our couch cushions re-filled, then had a custom-sized-shaped foam pad made for our dog's little trailer, and now these stairs for the dog to get up onto the couch. We live in Los Angeles and ordered over the phone/internet. They were willing to customize from my amateur diagrams! They also used the fabric we sent in, rather than just trying to sell us theirs. The people taking the orders are very friendly over the phone. Very flexible, very reasonable prices. They can make anything!

I had ordered a few chair/sofa cushions to be cut and upholstered. When I picked them up two weeks later, I was pleased with the quality and workmanship - however, was also equally unpleasantly surprised to find that customer service was unable to provide me with any information on cleaning requirements for the upholstery I had just purchased from them. They were also unwilling or unable to reference the swatch book that would have provided that information. I will do a water test on a swatch that was provided with my cushions. This should provide me with the information I need. Disappointing!
