After multiple failed attempts trying to go and have my hair that beautiful plum color I had Bayly Joe take a spin at it and it turned out amazing. …

The salon is beautiful and the ladies working there are pleasant. I was disappointed with the uneven haircut and splotchy color service though. I contacted the owner and she apologized and promised to get back to me. It's been about two weeks with no follow up. I went elsewhere to get it fixed and will not be back.
This place is unprofessional and disgusting do not go there esp if you like coffin shaped nails. They did such a trash job on my nails I called everyday to complain and ask for a refund or for it to be fixed and they wouldn't fix it or refund and are very rude. Still wanting my refund or fixed set. The man who did my nails also said "I don't like doing coffin shaped it's more effort" and huffed the entire time plus charging 10 extra for the shape!!
I have been going to Terri Brown a stylest at Shear Maddness for years. I believe her upbeat, Happy, Christian attitude keeps me going back and makes her extremely professional and amicable!

Selma was one of my first hair care experiences in Clarksville ten years ago, and I have been a loyal follower since. She is an honest exuberant person who I consider a dear friend. Does wonderful hair styling and great coloring. I recommend her to everyone.
I am in love with my hair! For the first time, I am leaving with the exact hair in the picture I showed the stylist. Absolutely fantastic job and you've won a loyal client! Highly recommend this salon and its fantastic staff and owner! I should have forewarned that my hair was thick- they stayed almost 2 hours after closing to finish me up, no rushing at all, and the color looks so natural. Brent even told me how to fix my hair myself.
Love going here, still open. A quick call gets an appointment, friendly service, low prices, commitment to quality service.
Elisabeth K. Clarksville, TN Follow Elisabeth 5.0 star rating 7/15/2016 I have known Selma Curtis, the owner of this salon, for many years. She has always done excellent work on my hair, and is one of the most genuinely delightful people I know. She is honest and decent--qualities that many people do not have these days. I read another review that was posted on here recently, and was appalled to see that the reviewer tried to say that Selma is dishonest and is "out to make a buck." Well, begging your pardon, but she is one of the MOST honest people I have ever met--and as far as "making a buck"--well, do YOU work for free? She has YEARS of experience, she has actual friend relationships with her clients and she always does her best to make people happy. In my opinion, its clients that want "something for nothing" that are the problem and I wouldn't put much stock in their opinion.
Great salon environment. Very professional employees. The stylists always give very thorough consultations with the clients. Customer service is always our first priority.
