I've been a patient here for over 3 years & love all of the staff. Greeted by name, given the time I need with the doctors & the communication between doctors with follow ups have been the best I've experienced. They make sure you are taken care of properly & professionally.After about 10 years the care dramatically dropped. Unfortunately I can not continue to receive the same care because of the lack of knowledge of the new provider.
Treat the head nurse like a goddess or risk being blacklisted at every pharmacy in town.This is exactly what happened to my wife when she expressed frustration over messages that had been miscommunicated on multiple occasions. Immediately after, my wife discovered she was banned from the clinic and the pharmacy informed her that they had been alerted that she was pill shopping. Fortunately they knew my wife better than to believe the accusations and even informed us who the information came from (the head nurse).The Peoples Clinic refused to release my wife's medical records, and after talking with them twice, they ignored my calls. As I continued to try and reach them by phone, two police officers show up at my door in response to a "harassment" report.The next day, I went in person and they still refused to release her records -- which resulted in me being banned and blacklisted, as well, for the same, purported pill shopping claim (fortunately, my pharmacist knew me for 7 years, so it didn't matter).Even after finding another doctor, and explaining to them what happened, they were never able to get copies of our medical records from the Peoples Clinic. This didn't necessarily affect me, but my wife's illness was not yet diagnosed -- so every test, scan and blood-work, that had been performed, was for nothing -- and it was back to square-one. I specifically went to the Peoples Clinic because of Kristen Farmer (a wonderful person and physician), who had been seeing me long before moving to this practice. On the one occasion that I was able to speak with her regarding this fiasco, it was clear that her hands were tied, and she genuinely feared retribution from the same individuals.
Wouldn't go here again if they paid me. Arrived early for my appointment to fill out paperwork, etc then waited long enough to read 3 magazines before finally giving up and leaving. After the first hour, I asked the receptionist if my doctor was even there since this was first thing in the morning and he couldn't have gotten so far behind already, but she didn't seem to have a clue.
I've had the pleasure of having some amazing providers here. Michael Patterson and Christy Daughtry by far have always been my favorites for six years now. The nursing staff is terrible. I've never had such rude, unprofessional experiences anywhere else in Clarksville and I'm quite familiar with many, many primary care locations. Making a complaint and addressing patient concerns will cost you the ability to be seen here. It's sad to have raved about my care and gained clientele for this office; just to be slandered and told because I have concerns, I should leave. Don't worry, I wouldn't send anyone I love or anyone I run into there- and I won't. Believe me. Christy worked her tail off to help me and for that I'm blessed and grateful. She's truly an amazing, caring provider.
