Ordered Fish and Chip combo and notice fish was raw when I got home. I contacted the store and explained the problem and how could it be fixed. I was told I should have saved the fish and brought it back as they cannot refund or replace without it although I had receipt. I enjoyed the food but I will not be going back. I don't understand why any establishment would lose a loyal customer over something that could have been easily fixed. I asked where there refund/replacement policy was posted and the manager stated there wasn't one.

I was greeted by a gentleman named Windle and he was Fantastic! The food was excellent, the service was excellent and Wendle was so welcoming.
We were the only people in the establishment. Food was awful. Milky eggs, over cooked steak, and half done pancakes. Waitress had her food before I had mine. Ants crawling along the syrup. Waitress complained that every time she had food a customer would arrive. Won't be coming back. Save your time and money. Cook for yourself it will taste better.
Absolutely the best handmade, homemade hamburgers and French fries anywhere. The prices are really reasonable and the food is delicious and Robin is so friendly and her staff is great. You are missing out if you don't eat here.
Managers are rude and they don't treat employees right, except the ones that have been working for them at other restaurants . They talk to employees like they are 5 years old and don't care. I feel the management is inexperienced. Also kasey tolda customer on the phone after seeking information that "she will fire somebody if she doesn't like their shoestrings" .

My order was incorrect! The food wasn't good at all. The fries were cold. So no next time I'll drive a little further and get a real double bacon cheese burger. More money but it's worth it. ����
The food was not good & they didn't comp it after I sent it back & should have sent it back a third time cause it still wasn't right
Absolutely horrible.Twenty mins into waiting for my food they tell me they "ran out of chicken"...this place has been open less than a week.how does that happen?
