I love Premier and love Dr.Kasper. He always listens to me. He digs deep to figure things out. Always goes the extra mile to do whatever helps.
First time ever dealt with them, and everything went really great, product packed really well, and prompted delivery.
Was with them for several years. I kept saying I was going to find a new provider because premiere just seemed like a patient mill and the provider I had others i had to sometimes see, never seemed to listen. the nurses talked about patients and i could hear them outside the patient room. They were responsive to email but countless times when i was told i could pick up a prescription, it wasn't ready or it wasn't signed. I just never felt comfortable here. I experienced some anxiety after some difficult family situations and the provider and nurses made me feel guilty for asking for help. Said I just needed to exercise and lose weight.
Great service, very friendly staff!!! I was visiting from out of town and became ill and thankfully found DoctorsCare and they save me and my trip!
Worst customer service of any home improvement store in the area. Can't find help when needed. When help is found it is condescending and rude. Done with them will drive across town to home depot from now on.
While mowing, something flew up and cut about a three inch gash in my leg that hurt like the devil and wouldn't stop bleeding. I am overdue for a tetanus shot so I filled a dish towel with ice and drove to Doctor's Care in Sango. I was the only patient there and figured I would get seen quickly. I spent about 15 minutes in the waiting room, then had vitals taken, then was taken to the treatment room to await the doctor. (The doctor was a Dr. Beckman who was sitting at a desk area right outside the treatment room and he was on his phone, but watched me go into the treatment room.) I spent the next 30 minutes listening to him make one personal call after another. I now know his phone number, credit card number, etc. as he was shopping over the phone. Meanwhile, I'm still bleeding and hurting. Finally, I got fed up and left. On my way out, I asked who owned the business as I wanted to complain and I explained that the doctor could not get off the phone long enough to treat me. The doctor heard this and finally hangs up his phone and says he didn't see me. It didn't help matters that the only person I can complain to "isn't in today". How convenient! How do they stay in business?
Matthew walker accepts dental and medical walk ins. Just because you walk in however does not guarantee that you'll be seen. A dental walk in can be anywhere from 30-90 based on your income. They will look at one tooth xray it and give meds and antibiotics if needed. There is no guarantee of any other treatment on the same day. Since there is only one dentist treatment may be delayed up until a month out, however to get treatment sooner you can schedule the needed extraction or filling in Nashville. With medical walk ins you wait for a no show. The cost to see the provider is 20 up front. The amount owed is based upon income a range can be given after you provide proof of income. If you have been waiting longer than 1 hour as a walk in you should notify the front. If you have been waiting longer than 10 minutes as an appointment you should notify the front. Matthew walker does not accept state insurance for dental but they do accept many others. For medical they pretty much accept all insurances. They are open 7:30-5 Monday-Friday and Saturday from 8:30-1pm. They always post notifications if the hours change. Hope this helps.
I sat 3 hours at an urgent Care off Dover road then to be turned away because my blood pressure was so high.... They could have giving me somthing to lower it before I walked out the door, anyway ended up at Dr.care and was in & out in 30 minutes, they were very nice and I loved my Dr. Great facility. If i could gives less stars I would..the customer service is is truly disgusting..we spent 3000 dollars for a purchase and have got nothing but hassle to get our product delivered to our home. For over a week they have ordered the wrong product then a week later they finally get the right one to our house and it's broke..now have to wait even longer to get something we didn't order,just so they can cover theirs asses.I will not be buying another thing at this store.
Do not go to this place. I will never go back. I was experiencing sever body pain and told the nurse practitioner this. I also told her that I was under a considerable amount of stress. So it wasn't very surprising that my BP was elevated. I told her that I hadn't had blood pressure problems before. She did not listen. She prescribed medicine and I agreed to try it, as she said there were next to no side effects on this medicine. She did not even talk about the body pain. My fingers started swelling. My esophagus began hurting and spasming. I was getting hives all over my body. I went back to the walk in clinic and, after two and a half hours, was put on OTC medications. She refused to put me on oral steroids. She claimed they would raise my BP. I had to go the ER and get IV steroids and meds and a litre of fluid. The drs there were baffled that I wasn't on steroids. The spasms were early signs of throat swelling. And they were more worried about my BP.I will never go back there.
Went in for a DOT physical. The PA did the physical but would not certify due to my sleep situation. He cited a requirement for 30 days of continuous monitoring. The unit I have can not record data and is obsolete, but effective. I called DOT and FMCSA about this requirement and was told that NO requirement exists by either agency. In short, both groups advised me to "doctor shop" for one who is not adding personal rules to federal regulations.Will NEVER do business with this group again and advise caution to others. When challenged with my research, they were flippant about my claim and dismissive.Unless in a dire situation, find a real doctor for medical help.
