Slow service workers standing around while there is only 1 register open and a line to the door and you may get the correct order half of the time and even longer for drive through
I can't give a review for any of the Captain D's because I don't eat at any of those establishments. I have a peanut allergy and they use peanut oil to fry their product in.
Every time I go to this sonic I get bad service and my food is not correct, slushy always have something inside that shouldn't be there (exp) frozen tea order and( strawberries inside) green apple slushee found something in the bottom that looked like someone had blew there nose in the cup first just slimmed down. And this is on the weekend night crew @ 8pm This was my second and last time. They need more people skills and they act like they don't care. I only order something simple and quick- oh an by the way I found the slime cause I went to share and poured out to much but really it wasn't to much but just enough to see the bottom of the cup. Just Nasty ����
This is a good, clean restaurant. The staff is friendly and fast, and they seem to enjoy their jobs. Definitely recommend this place
After setting in the drive thru for 26 minutes and still not to the window we drove off once the traffic would allow. Its utterly ridiculous that the wait was that long.

We tried Cook-Out for the first time a few weeks ago. The food was absolutely amazing and the service was quick.Tonight, we had our first issue. My order was kade incorrectly. After searching, and I do mean searching, for a phone number, I finally found one. The person I spoke to was absolutely a sweetheart. Her name was Kayla. She replaced my entire order. The most difficult part was finding the number. I would 100% recommend this restaurant to anyone. Their prices are awesome and their people are amazing.
There wasn't a time where I had to wait the friendly crew was nice and the bathrooms were clean thanks
The chicken is fresh and the lemonade is also tasty I would love to make another trip back to get more food I would suggest this to family and friends

However the jerk that took my order and handed me my food (second window guy) was enough for me to never want to go back. He was bothered by my asking a question when ordering. He handed me my drink and food without saying a word and looked annoyed the whole time. He wasn't wearing a name tag so I can't bust him out but I can say he was a large African American man with a chip on his shoulder he size of Tennessee. To be clear I use his race to describe him as a human being not to make any reference to anything racist. The guy who took my payment at the first window was also a large African American, I'm not a racist. If this guy is that unhappy with taking my order at 8:30pm on Halloween then maybe he should find other employment. Possibly where he doesn't have to deal with anything related to customer service. If I was the owner, I would provide this individual with some form of corrective training and possible reassign him to food prep or janitorial services and give the guy at the first window a raise!
