Excellent service. Food is fresh and tastes wonxerful. Also very clean.
Absolutely the best handmade, homemade hamburgers and French fries anywhere. The prices are really reasonable and the food is delicious and Robin is so friendly and her staff is great. You are missing out if you don't eat here.
Staff very friendly, clean, comfortable, price good would definitely recommend this place when traveling and need a place for the night
My order was incorrect! The food wasn't good at all. The fries were cold. So no next time I'll drive a little further and get a real double bacon cheese burger. More money but it's worth it.
Smells like a cockroach farted and refused to leave the room. They need to start charging those things rent. Seriously.
Used to work here. First, the phone number is 9316475281. The one found online is the fax number, I think. Second, it's not the eat-in one-- but if you come to walk-up and Cookout's busy, you may not get served in a timely manner. Often when busy, the person scheduled on walk-up (if there is one) is doing something else because of the crappy scheduling. Third, the speakers suck. Going through the drive-thru, the cashier sounds extremely loud, while the customer can rarely be heard well.
My family and I attended our annual birthday party at this Quality Inn, the staff was the best, our rooms were spotless, and the service was excellent. I would recommend staying or having events here.
This business want getting any business, so the owner decided to run a week long special of their sandwiches for .99 cents, the first day was $1.99 wins which he ran out of by 3pm, so he decided to make every sandwich that day .99 cents the wait was over 2 hours, they where just making random orders not following any direction example. ....If you where 28, they would be calling 30, 32, 22, 26, 35, and your like what a minute I've been here over 1 1/2 waiting. WTF!!! But to top it off the owner himself drops the cheese not just a piece but half the stack all on the dirty floor., he picks it up and wraps it in another paper and proceeds to put it on the customers hamburgers, and PhillyCheese Steaks!!! Appalling. To top it off they wiping their sweat from various parts of their body's not washing anyone's hands and proceeding to cook the customers food. I thought this place was going to be an asset, but it's just a HUGE DISAPPOINTMENT!!!!!!
Room has been renovated. Close to restraunts n shopping area. Staff was extra nice. The bed was comfortable. The a/c unit worked great! Good price for budget income. N/a on breakfast since we slept in.
Stopped with my son while out and about and was beond pleased. I made my order and about 2 mins from the time I ordered my food it was being handed to me. Price was not bad either. Food was great except my son's buyer bun was a little on the hard side but wasn't that bad he didn't even notice.
