I can never reach anyone durring their business hours. Either the lines are always busy, or they do not answer when it rings through. I understand that it is a government office and that they do not need to worry about customer service, but how can we even do business or find out payment info if no one is ever available.
The fees of this service department are outrageous. After 5 years of being with this company and never missing a payment, a payment was overlooked during a very busy time and service was disconnected. When I realized the error I immediately paid the owed amount and the overpriced reconnect fee and then was informed that due to that mistake they took my deposit and in order to continue service with them I had to give them a whole new deposit at full price. I had no choice because there is no other gas and water service in town.
