What a JOKE!!!! I made an appointment in February of 2018 and the first available time was for April 19, 2018. OMG......ok...so I get to my "Appointment" only to be told I didn't have an appointment. But.....you can sit here all day and "maybe" get seen. Yea.....I'm very upset, and the lady was very rude. Needless to say....I walked out. I really don't think they truly gave a darn. Not a good experience at all. I will go elsewhere.

Matthew walker accepts dental and medical walk ins. Just because you walk in however does not guarantee that you'll be seen. A dental walk in can be anywhere from 30-90 based on your income. They will look at one tooth xray it and give meds and antibiotics if needed. There is no guarantee of any other treatment on the same day. Since there is only one dentist treatment may be delayed up until a month out, however to get treatment sooner you can schedule the needed extraction or filling in Nashville. With medical walk ins you wait for a no show. The cost to see the provider is 20 up front. The amount owed is based upon income a range can be given after you provide proof of income. If you have been waiting longer than 1 hour as a walk in you should notify the front. If you have been waiting longer than 10 minutes as an appointment you should notify the front. Matthew walker does not accept state insurance for dental but they do accept many others. For medical they pretty much accept all insurances. They are open 7:30-5 Monday-Friday and Saturday from 8:30-1pm. They always post notifications if the hours change. Hope this helps.

I have a tooth that has been killing me for a few days I call these people and they tell me it will be $50 just to come in and any were from $125 to $400 to get one tooth pulled that is crazy so I called Aspen Dental and they told me $19 to come in and maybe $50 for meds and to pull the tooth guess were I am going today I will get it taken care of today not in 2 weeks

They told me to be here at 2, well when I arrived they said my appointment wasn't till 230. I called for dental and they had me schedule for medical. It's now 430 and im still waiting. ....4:32

Stay away from this clinic. They prey on the desperate and poor. Had to give a $400 deposit for dentures, a year later, no dentures and I can not get the money refunded. After hours of trying to get a human on the phone, I get the run around,transferred to lines where voice mails are full. Will be seeing my attorney.

Today I went into Matthew Walkers Clinic as a walk in and after sitting there for 2 and half hours was given a come back time 4 hours later. I drove approximately 45 mins back home and waiting 2 hours to go back and be seen. Once arrived, I sit in their waiting room for another hour or so before getting called back into a room to be seen for a prescription refill on my childrens medicine. I then sit another 45 mins to an hour to get their monthly medication just before the doctor came in, the nurse brought in papers for me to fill out for rating the children's behavior when they are off/on their medicine. Why not bring them the 45 mins I waited to get two prescriptions? Not to mention it was hot and stuffy in the room , we ended up having to open the door just to get some air to breathe. Exhausted, I then was brought their prescriptions but no school note for them to be excused from school? So upon returning to front desk, I had to ask for school excuses, that again I had to wait another 30 mins for and they still was not correct. Once I got to the drug store to get their medication the pharmacist told me that one of my childrens medication was illegally written? What?! The doctor had written both medicines on one perscription, making me have to drive back to the doctors office and wait another 30 mins to get the prescription and school note re written. I was told to have patience until the doctor had got done seeing her patients after politely asking them to please write them then since my family had already been in the office for an extended amount of time. After letting them know that and letting them know I had to get my childs medicine for the next school day, she went on to tell me if I wanted the prescription Id have to be patient and wait or come back in the morning. We spent a total of about 6 hours today on just getting the childrens monthly medication. Every time I have been in this office it seems they don't have their stuff together. It's basically the same thing every time. The wait time is ridiculous, the paperwork is never right and some are quite rude to the patients concerns. However, I have displayed patience through every bad experience there, no one wants to go through such inconveniences just to get the things necessary for their medical conditions and I would not recommend this clinic to anyone, not even my pet will I take there again. Unfortunately, I do have to put some type of rating on their facility just to be able to make this review for others to see but, it's not an honest one, due they did not have a negative rating ratio to summit.

Yesterday I went to the clinic. I have been running a fever of 104 for the last four days. The wait time was not to bad, but I did have to wait over an hour in the room before the doctor came in. After explaining to her that I have no other symptoms except for running a high fever she said that I had a cold, even though I have no coughing, runny nose, sore throat or sneezing. I even questioned her about this. She then prescribed me antibiotics to take for 7 days (twice a day). This didn't make sense to me either because I thought you could not treat a cold with antibiotics. She called in my prescription. When I went to pick them up, she only prescribed me for 7 pills instead of 14. The directions say to take every 12 hours. I was not impressed with anything at this office except the front administrative assistants were very nice. I would never refer them to anyone. I will also never go back to this office. It is sad to say, but I would much more rather go to the health department than this clinic!!!

If you don't have insurance they do sliding scale based on income. When i asked about the charges before being seen they would not give me a straight answer. i could have gone to another doc at uninsured rate for cheaper than what they billed me. Sat for 2 hours for a walk in appointment to be seen for maybe 15 min and still not sure my issue is taken care of. i would not suggest going here if you are able to find another alternative. hope this is helpful :).

for this being a free clinic they also take health insurance and I could not get a appt with my DR so I decided to give them a try with my insurance I paid my copay and signed in a I was called back within 15 mins and was even seen within 15 mins so I was impressed at how much faster it was than my Dr office. its a very clean facility and not at all what I expected. So now I go there rather than my Dr.
