My husband and I have purchased 7 vehicles from Jenkins and Wynne. 6 of which were brand new vehicles and most recently a 2015 F150 and a 2015 Expedition Platinum. Obviously after being hit by a semi truck on the highway there was no doubt about where we wanted to have our vehicle repaired. The collision center was more than happy to take my Expedition. Only that's all they did with it. Once it was towed there September 23 it sat. I called weekly sure that it had been started only to find that each week they had not even gotten to look at it. October 17 I called again only to be told "I have no answers for you and no excuses...We're just busy". I had my truck towed again at my expense and will have it fixed somewhere else. Jenkins and wynne has lost lifetime customers who've spent a lot of money at their dealership.
Having a busy collision center is a great problem. It isn't a great problem when loyal customers like you and Scott could not be accommodated because of workload. Obviously our old business model has forced change. We added an additional bodyman on Monday. We have 2 bodymen who are working on Saturday now. We will increase our throughput of repaired vehicles to accommodate the new level of business. Unfortunately your experience is part of our growing pains in our new location. Our business model in downtown Clarksville does not work on Trenton Rd. I again apologize for our inability to get your vehicle into our shop. I regret this happened and Jenkins and Wynne will do everything possible to help if you need anything else. I appreciate all the business you and Scott have done with us. I hope you can forgive our collision center for not "thinking out of the box" to solve your dilemma.

I do not enjoy car shopping. Having said that, the folks at Jenkins and Wynne worked together to make the experience as pleasant as I could have expected. Our salesman, Shaun Jones, demonstrated knowledge, patience, and service.
