There is an ongoing joke between the salespeople about how they can rip people off. They actually get irritated when they make a sale without getting you for something you don't need. They will steal your money if given the chance and I've seen it with my own eyes.

I have to say that in all of the car buying experiences I have had, the ABSOLUTE BEST by FAR has been with the sales team at Gary Mathews Motors in Clarksville, TN. The iTeam Sales Manager and Expert, John Knack has performed flawlessly in every respect. He been not only courteous but has handled all of the details for the purchase of my new Dodge Ram 3500 Crew Cab without so much as a minor hiccup. The deal made for my Trade-in, was well above board and done with the highest degree of professionalism. The Sales manager David Leah was not only a true consummate professional as well, but easy to talk to and simply reinforced my decision to my new truck 500 miles from my home. When you get that kind of treatment coupled with the degree of dignity and respect from a dealer you can’t help but offer the highest recognition for that type of service. I want to again thank the entire team at Gary Mathews Motors for making this a superb buying experience.

I was very pleased with service once I got here because everything that I was told on the phone was true about the vechicle. My salesman was very knowledgeable about not only the vechicle but the business as well. me and my girlfriend went to Gary Mathews Chrysler to look at cars because well let's face it, they are closed and there were no salesman around...we thought. We were looking at a Dodge dart when this man walked up and gave us his card and said "if I can be of service at all just let me know, I'm just waiting on one of my customers." Anyway he was very helpful and very knowledgeable about the dart we will definitely be back to get that car from Dallas.

We just purchased a brand new 2014 Charger this week and I have to mention that our sales representative, Randy Howard, was a very down to earth person that was very professional- which I appreciate! I literally hate shopping in areas where there are sales reps (doesn't matter what store or business) because I usually find them bothersome and just fake with their projected "niceness". Randy was easy to talk and felt very comfortable with him. Making a major purchase can be highly stressful so pleasant, easy-going people like him make the experience so much better!!! I'm a highly selective person, I am very happy with the service we got, and more than likely will be purchasing from them again in the future :)
