Express Tan

This tanning salon is pretty bad. The beds are weak and soo old & outdated. I bought a month of the level 1 beds but had to pay to upgrade all the time because I was getting Absolutely NO color in the regular beds. I already had a base tan when I started and ended with barely more than a base tan. There was only one stand up and it cost me $13 to use (for one visit) and 2 lightbulbs were out in it and I informed the staff. I then used that same stand up a week later and the bulbs were still out. They didn't care. The memberships are also waay over priced. The salon didn't seem too clean either. I could see dirt and hair all over the bed bulbs under the acrylic part and the rugs in the rooms were always dirty and needed to be vacuumed. Usually I come straight from work to tan so I have full make up/cover up on my face and asked them if they have any witch hazel and cotton balls in the bathroom or some set up where I could take off my make up before tanning. They said I could buy a package of facewipes and pay extra to keep them in a locker. I suggested to the manager it would be more convenient for customers if the salon provided witch hazel (or rubbing alcohol) & cottonballs. It would cost the salon next to nothing as you can buy them from the dollar store. But no, she just wanted to me buy the wipes and locker. Seems kind of greedy to me. There is not a whole lot of tanning options in Clarksville but I guarantee if this place had more competition they would be put out of business. Luckily I found a great little salon that is attached to a gym on Dover Rd. , kind of located behind the Kroger store. I won't name it cuz I don't want my review to get deleted but if u can find this salon go there instead!! The beds are updated and waay stonger and it's a way better deal than Express Tan.

Don't go to the Ft Campbell Blvd Express Tan because they are rude and unprofessional. Go to the Express Tan on Wilma Rudolph where they know how to treat their customers!!! They are so professional there.
