I never in my life I gone into dealership with Ki madness, Professionalism. Everyone's work so hard to get my boyfriend a car. I want to Thanks to everybody.

I give this place a 0 star I got on a Saturday it was about to close when I left I went to get gas and after gas I got barely to Coopertown Elementary and car got hot and started smoking Then shut off I literally broke down on the rd two cops had to direct traffic till a tow truck got there then I went today to see if they could pick up and they said yes and stuff well when I called the tow people it going to be next week and the contract is bull and there cars may look nice but they are not maintained they let me drive off with no fluids I told her she should have them have someone check fluids before someone drives off and her words were they do which is a lie bc why would two cops and a few people drove by to help and look bc I was on rd not on the side of rd literally where ongoing was said I was empty I had no radiatior coolant etc.So the family was nice enough to go buy me some DO NOT BUY A CAR from them there vehicles are trash and they don't go by contract

idk about everyone else but i got a van from here and i havent had any problems. ive had it almost 4 years and im fixing to trade it in and get something else from them. all my warranties were honored and they fixed anything that was wrong with in a timely fashion. im not an employee im just a pleased and happy customer.

Car Mart is a SCAM,CROOKS do not buy here. My son bought 2 cars from them one was in an accident still was paying on both however his wife left him and their 2 children and cleaned out their bank account. Well now he can only pay on 1. My name is on the other I helped him get it. I had also previously bought a car from them the 2nd one in fact the 1st one is pd off. So even though my car is current they said if he does not come in they will repossess mine because they are allowed to call in any loan they want and demand payment. That is so sleezy. Also they do not honor their warranties, and when they do send something out to be fixed it takes 2 to 3 weeks to get it back. The list goes on. The customer service sucks.

DO NOT EVER BY A CAR HERE....biggest rip off ever, these people should be in jail!!!!they sell warranties and do not honor them. When you take your car in to get repaired they have it for weeks on end. Empty the gas out of it, run the miles up on it. Remove parts, steal things out of it. the list goes on and on.

Do not I repeat do not buy a car from here they are a straight rip off I bought my car a week and a half ago and the check engine light came on the other day the car when I first bought it start stalling and kicking and I didn't understand why I called them the first day they give me a hard time. So I take the car in at 9:50 they said that it should be done soon they haven't even looked at it Until a day later. Oh by the way the car never had breaks they said that they check the brakes and everything was okay but when my uncle a mechanic look at the brakes they said there is literally no brakes on this car. If I didn't put so much money down on this car I would tell them to take this car and Shove it up their a$$!!! The only reason why this place gets a one right now is because zero is not an option. I am very very very very disappointed on this place and I will let them know that this car dealership is a fraud!!! Who sells a car that has no brakes???

DO NOT BUY FROM THESE PEOPLE!!!!! I brought a car from them just 3 months ago and after the first week of having the car my catalytic converter and guess what I HAD TO PAY FOR IT!!! I was so outraged and beyond pissed that they didnt even do anything to help. I didnt even make my first note payment and i had to pay for a repair that they should have already fixed because my mechanic said the catalytic converter was VERY rusted. So if i were you i would NOT that the risk of getting a car from them cause the cars are NOT worth the money.
