Make sure you save all your receipts when you purchase their buy one get one free special laser sales and make sure the expiration date for your packages are on your receipts, especially when your told they never expire.

I loved this place. I went there to get my Botox injections before I got married, but of course after I got married, my husband decided for me that I do not need the Botox any longer..........well just to let you know, my divorce is at the end of July........ I will be back :)

Honestly, if I could give them negative stars I absolutely would. This place is the absolute worst. I almost never leave reviews, especially negative. Having said that, these people are only out to make money, no interest whatsoever in the clients. Not having a hairdresser in Clarksville I looked into several and decided upon them after reading reviews and finding them to be primarily positive. It was an absolute disaster! I wasn't sure of the terms that they used to describe the different colors and processes they employ to color hair or for styling, as I'd never dyed mine before, etc...In spite of that I was very clear on certain points (such as no blonde whatsoever!) and of course they could not even manage that much. My hair was cut several inches shorter then I agreed to and we had discussed repeatedly, as well as deeper layers than I asked for and my colors were exactly the opposite of what I wanted and explained over and over. In spite of this they had no problem charging me almost $200 while they did not manage to get a single thing correct. After letting them know I was unsatisfied, I was told they would correct the issue free of charge at my convenience. I was told multiple times I would receive an email with available appointment times, which never came. Once I called back 2 days later I spoke to someone else that said they understood the issue, thought it was likely a miscommunication with the stylist, and that they would speak to a manager and call back in the morning to make arrangements to rectify the issue. The next morning there was no call back. In the afternoon I got received an email saying they would not fix the problem, that I was abusive, rude, inappropriate with the stylist, and behaved in a distracting manner during the session. Needless to say, I was then angry and insulted. I called several times and was denied the ability to talk to a manager, emailed a 40% off my next services coupon, and told there was nothing more to be done. Now I was really angry and let it show. Then I was told too bad, that was the end of it and hung up on twice. I am so angry and disappointed that at this point I wouldn't go back or refer someone to this salon if they paid me. They were unprofessional, rude, and a complete rip-off! Seriously, look elsewhere!

I have gone to Aqua since before opening in their new location but will never go again. I made an appointment for a Brazillian and color. The color alone took so long I had to cancel the Brazillian or miss another appointment. They kept my $150 deposit because of the cancellation. A bit pricey, wouldn't you say??? They seem to be more interested in making money than satisfying a long time customer!



The appointment I would have missed would have taken months to reschedule. That's an emergency in my book. I was given a very sweet stylist who was new and and inexperienced. She took twice as long as my regular stylist. Your replies to the negative reviews are immature and vindictive.

IN LOVE! I went to Aqua after living in Clarksville for over a year and was upset I didn't go earlier. The atmosphere was very welcoming when I went in. I brought in a picture of the kind of cut I was interested in and the stylist gave me exactly what I wanted. She gave me her professional advice on a couple things and was not pushy whatsoever. I can honestly say that it was the best cut I've ever had. Aqua will most definitely be my go-to salon while living in Clarksville.

Aqua Colour Lounge is the complete package salon. For starters, I was completely blown away by the physical appearance and presentation of the salon. The decor and vibe is unlike that of any salon I've been to in Clarksville. I felt like I was in a big city salon.



I was also very impressed with the time and effort the stylist took with me to talk with me about the colors that would suit me best for my hi-lites. She pulled out many swatches to hold up to my complexion in order to find the perfect color.



At the end of my appointment, I was 100% pleased with my cut and hi-lites. I have long, fine hair and Rusty did a fabulous job cutting my hair in a manner that made my ends thick and full. My hi-lites look great as well. I will definitely be returning and would recommend this salon to anyone.

I've never gotten my hair done at this salon so I can't comment on that.....but I have had the best experience with the botox injections. The staff was very professional and I really felt comfortable with them. The doctor was wonderful and the injections was almost painless. I've heard high reviews about him with the Juvaderm injections and can't wait until he does mine. I rate this salon very high.............

I was very disappointed in this place. I called ahead of time to get a long feather put into my daughter’s long hair. The lady told me they had a selection of long feathers. I went back to remind them that we wanted a long feather. The lady assured me that she will come and get me before she put one in her hair. My daughter comes out with a short fat fluffy feather. I was never asked. I said I don’t like it. Come to find out they had only long fat feathers that even the hair dresser said was out dated. I chose a short skinny purple black striped feather, because there were no others to choose from. I asked the front if they can order me a long one because this was not what we came up there for. I explained that they told me that they had a selection of long ones to choose from when I made the appointment because her hair is really long. She said she would talk to the manager and call me back. I received a call saying that there was nothing they could do to order a new one and exchange it. I told them that I would not come back to their salon, and it was poor customer service. She apologized and said that Macy liked the first short fat one and that’s why they could not exchange it. I told them that my nine year old daughter don’t pay for her own hair that was not what I made an appointment for. I feel swindled. I do not appreciate the hair dresser not getting me before she put the feather in my daughter’s hair, and I do not appreciate the false hope of having an updated selection of feather.

I'm really 50/50 about this place. Yes, the decor was young and fresh, and everything was state of the art. My issue was that when I arived for my appointment, I was told that I was accidently scheduled during the stylist's admin time. That's fine, but a call would have been nice. So they got me in with another stylist 45 minutes later. Which, I should have just came back another day, because from them on, I felt rushed. Like, she couldn't get through me to the next client fast enough. I also have medium long hair and when she did my color, she let the dyed hair fall in my face and I ended up with dye marks on my forehead that she couldn't get out before I left. I've heard good things about this place and I would really love to believe them. But right now, I feel so/so.

I have to say this salon is really cool but most importantly the staff is what is different. They explain until you understand it and they work on it until its right, BEFORE YOU LEAVE THEY TELL YOU-- IF YOU ARE UNHAPPY WITH ANYTHING COME BACK AND WE WILL CHANGE IT AND THEY CALL YOU AFTER THE APPOINTMENT TO CHECK ON YOU. SO..... I just want to point out to anyone who reads ALL THE TRASH TALK review sites, this business is GREAT, I would say that most of these reviews are written by people who have nothing better to do, they either work somewhere else are want to hurt the competition or maybe they got fired from here because they weren't good enough. This place is serious about quality, no joke. and most of the reviews are just personal insults they are not about hair. So happy hair hunting but I've found my hair home.

I had emailed the owner, inquiring about a specific color combination that I wanted done to my hair. She replied, and I then scheduled an appointment to have a consultation with you. Mind you, on the day of the consultation it was snowing quite badly and she could have cancelled or re-scheduled the appointment, but she didn't. I showed her the pictures of the color I wanted, which is an imperative factor in getting your hair done. Most people don't know what they want, and then they blame the stylists when it doesn't turn out they way they expected it to. Open your mouth, talk to the person. You also have to take into consideration the texture and CONDITION of your hair. They are STYLISTS, not PLASTIC SURGEONS.

My appointment was today, but the stylists who was suppose to do my hair, called out, yet they accomodated me with another stylist...and I'm more than estatic with the results.

I have searched all over Clarksville for a salon, who could get the color right, and this salon has. I don't bad mouth these other salons, I just choose to not go back...

I cannot stress the quality of the service or my appreciation to Deseray...because when the foils came out;...I just wanted to cry tears of JOY!!!!

If you want tacky, go to the mall..if you want cheap, go to Walmart...but if you want hair that looks straight out of a magazine...GO TO AQUA!!!!

Shame on the people who may have had bad experiences, but don't have the class or common sense to call the salon to see if the problem could be remedied. Instead, like a 2 year they rant and rave on a website...tsk..tsk...

I swear this place is a complete joke! If you want to go some place that is OVERPRICED and full of crap then go here! All they do is walk around in their heals and mini skirts (that are worn by women WAY to old to be wearing them) ! I even overheard one of the stylists talking bad about someone while she was mixing my color! I have never been to a more cold and unwelcoming environment in my life! I felt like the stylist was only in the mood to get me out of her chair so she wouldn't have to deal with me any longer! I will NEVER go back here! ! Save yourself the time( which I had to wait FOREVER out front before the stylist got to me) and save your money and go find a more welcoming place to get your hair done!

This place is a joke. They think they are high-end and so professional but all they do is talk crap about other people, their customers, and even their own employees! The owner thinks that she is offering something amazing, but anyone that has class knows that this place is low end. It may look nice but I am not paying $200 dollars to get a crappy hair cut, uneven hair color, then to walk out the door and hear the stylist talk crap about me, yes it happened! If I were you I would save your money, your dignity, and your reputation and go somewhere else.

I chose this salon because I thought the yellowpage ad was creative and I had heard good things about them. I was really surprised how different this salon was from others I have tried in this area. I have had decent experiences in Clarksville salons but not anything really exciting, I am from a larger city and have been here for 2 years. I have found my salon home!!! I have been 3 times now and have gotten the same quality every time. I like that its trendy, it has very cool music, I was served wine and the staff was very personable. It has a unique vibe, the staff is outgoing and talkative, its a very interactive environment. I had a corrective color on my first visit and the educational director came in and collaborated with my stylist about what would be best for my hair--it turned out great and 2 visits later here I am, loving my color, it feels silky and healthy, I love this color!!! It lasts, I have never had strawberry blondes not fade after a couple of shampoos, but this holds so great!!! I can't wait to see the new building--you guys are AWESOME!!!

Loved this experience! They feature BUMBLE & BUMBLE product which I have been driving to Nashville to get, until now! They gave me a free "BE FABULOUS" t-shirt and plenty of sample paks of product to try. The staff was helpful & had a good knowledge of the products, even the receptionist. I have now tried 3 different stylists at this salon and had a great service from all, I would tell you to go to anyone there, the staff is really trained & really talented. My color is super shiny!

I just moved here a year ago from a more metropolitan city and have been pretty unexcited by what this town has to offer in the way of "upscale" salons/spas. Most of the salons here just ask what do you want to do and then they do it with little explanation and average results--but not this place--THEY ARE AWESOME! THEY OFFER A REAL CONSULTATION, WHERE THEY REALLY LISTEN TO ME AND ASK QUESTIONS ABOUT MY LIFESTYLE AND THEY MAKE RECCOMMENDATIONS AND EXPLAIN THE PROCESS AND LIMITATIONS, ETC. IT WAS A GREAT EXPERIENCE, I BROUGHT A PHOTO & THEY EXCEEDED MY EXPECTATIONS. They feature a cool atmosphere & decor, staff is friendly and educated, very STYLISH. I will send all my friends here! they also have very cool house music, they offered me wine, refreshments, etc. AQUA ROCKS!!

We have been going to Aqua Colour Lounge since it opened, and it is a fabulous salon! The atmosphere is exciting, and the work is amazing and beautiful. The staff is friendly, and always willing to accomodate our needs. I would definitely recommend Aqua to anybody who wants to get their hair done in Clarksville!
