They refused to fix an issue after a storm, sent out a maintenance man that lied to me and them, and it was fixed for 40 days, only after I filed a complaint with a government agency. Then, they tried terminating our monthly lease in retaliation. That violates the Tennessee landlord tenant act, which is why we didn't have to move!

I actually did not have bad experience while renting with topflight. The bad came after our move out inspection. The actual inspection went okay. The prices for certain minor repairs are quite steep. The tenants are set up for failure if any thing touches the walls; they use the cheapest paint. Also, the actual property wasn't in the condition they expect upon move out, when we first moved in. The worst part was trying to receive the $325.00 they owed us for our security deposit. After over month of waiting, me and husband decided to call. Only to be told that they mailed out the check an entire month ago, and that if we wanted another check we would have to pay them $45.00 to cancel the check, and then they would send another. (Even though they checked and the check was never cashed) I questioned Kasey about wanting proof that the check was actually sent out. I was denied any proof, and was told the check was just sent through USPS, without a tracking number. After getting no resolution with Kasey, my husband then contacted the Manager, I'm not sure what her name is. She was also no help, and full of attitude. Considering that they took upon themselves to send it with USPS, and not offer us a more reliable mailing option, they were at fault, and should of fixed the problem, cost free. Now had it of been money we owed topflight, I'm sure they would not be too happy if we told them we mailed out a check and if they wanted another, they would have to pay our check cancellation fee. This company has zero customer service skills. I can now see why the ratings are so low, and they will continue to lower if they don't change the way they treat people, especially good tenants. Oddly we received the check a week after we started calling them about it. I'm pretty sure they never mailed it, and never planned to if we didn't keep calling. This company needs to reevaluate its morals. I would never recommend this place to any one who cares about their money.

I was told the vendor does not “break down” the invoice in that manner. Many of the employees have selective memory. On a few occasions conversations I have had with employees, the employees seem to forget.It took a long time for them to return my calls.Our property manager “Delicia” was hostile. Very hostileThe property manager called me one evening. She did not like the questions I was asking her. Even though I did not raise my voice to her she was very rude and she started yelling at me and told me she was working late providing customer service and deserved respect. She eventually called me a few mother f$@$@#”s and hung up on me.

I have 2 major compliants. The time it took for them to respond to maintenance requests and fix the issues just in the last year and a half were very ridiculous. I put in a work order that our toilet that was leaking water from the bottom and long story short 3 almost 4 weeks later I got a call back asking if someone had been out to look at it yet. My other compliant is the move out fees we just recently received. Please review lease closely, this was our mistake for not catching the adjustment made to the 2017 lease, but basically it said we would pay for a rekey fee whether we turned in the keys or not when in the 15' & 16' lease it simply stated as long as we turned in the keys, we wouldn't be charged. For 2 sets of blinds, 2 sets of window screens, and a sink sprayer they are trying to charge us $395 for labor and material cost. And of course we were charged a $200 cleaning fee cause what the heck just add it to the money we owe them. Coincidentally, and I'm sure it's not actually a crime, but the same maintenance company has a side cleaning service business so how fortunate for them. Not even a reputable company. I go to Google them, non-existent, then call and the lady doesn't even answer to the business name, just says hello. I'm sure it's the maintenance crews wife or something. There's 2 sides to every story but bottom line they are scammers. Please consider a different agency when it comes to rental property.
So let me start off by saying, I have never heard of a more untruthful company. I myself live in Colorado the home to not one, not two but many military bases. I was already made aware of this company and how shady they are. I would not have my worst enemy use this company, Let me ask a question, If they belong to all these BBB ect... Why do they have so many bad reviews? Humm makes you wonder that maybe there is some truth to the bad reviews huh. All these reviews or at least the ones I have been reading, all have the same thing in common, go figure. They say that they give advance notice for move out, then why did I speak to people that used this company, and they all stated the same thing, they only had 30 days to move, not to mention that they charged an outrageous amount after move out? Seems to me this is how they stay in business. If I could give a negative 200 stars, I would. This is my opinion. Topflight needs to take a flight! As

This property manager is the absolute worst, rude and uninterested in her clients renting experience. Over five months and countless emails nothing has been fixed. No response at all. We contacted the previous renters before us and they said their experience was horrible. The SAME repairs were needed from them! All this manager is interested in is locking you down in a lease and taking your money. Disgusting excuse for a professional.
Juanita is wonderful to do business with and very professional. She is extremely knowledgeable and if she doesn't know something she will find out. Truly a joyful experience and will recommend to everyone I know. She did a great job selling my home. She also helped me find the same home six years earlier.
