We ordered food for delivery it took 85 minutes for delivery the manager was not helpful regarding delivery time whine called. Received my food plus someone else's called and informed the manager, 25 minutes later someone knocked on my door asking if I wanted my correct food which was not part of the issue, worst parts are I'm sure they delivered this food to the individuals whom ordered if and that all my food had already arrived cold and very poor quality. I ordered chicken fried rice and spicy garlic broccoli which was so sweet and not at all spicy that I did not eat any of it. My kids whom love fried rice ate one bite and chose not to eat. When I called the manager back regarding my concerns he informed me he was just too busy. I do t recommend this place and we will certainly never eat from here again.
I love this restaurant the food and service is we wonderful. I call my order in and she has it ready and waiting when I get there I would recommend this restaurant to anyone who love great Chinese food.
Great food! The service was fast and extremely courteous. Try the General Tao's chicken or house fried rice - best Chinese food ever!
Food was not good. It just tasted off and was a waste of $14. Also the delivery driver was very shady and felt he deserved a $6 tip. Gave him a $20 and he quickly took off. Would NOT recommend this place at all!
WORST MEAL EVER! First, I ordered tempura chicken and you called back stating that you no longer had that (hint, change your online menu!) and had me switch to teriyaki chicken. Second, we did not receive the sweet and sour sauce for the SWEET & SOUR CHICKEN (really?!). I called and told someone who said they were sending a driver our way. Then I was called 30 minutes later and told the driver was 6 minutes away but had gotten pulled over (now, I doubt that). 30 minutes later, when we had not received our sweet and sour sauce, we called back and YOU WERE CLOSED (un-freaking-believable!) and we decided to eat the COLD sweet and sour chicken WITHOUT THE REQUIRED SAUCE. Do you realize we paid over $40 for our meal that was placed at 2059? We called to report our problem at 2136 and it is now 2307, you are closed, our meal sucked because it was cold and NOT what was ordered because it was missing the KEY INGREDIENT. Suffice it to say, we will NEVER EVER order from you again.
My first experience, which was a carry out, was very good! I had the combination fried rice and was delicious! I will try them again ����
The food was terrible and old. It had been sitting out for way too long. Nothing was fresh. And nothing fresh was put out the whole time I was there. The waitress didn't check on us but once. Then we were charged an unreasonable amount for the unfresh food. Never will I ever stand foot in that place.
Orange chicken was cold and too hard to eat. When telling the manager about the food quality, he said it's the way it is supposed to be with less sauce. And the brown rice was even dry.
I stop going to my near by China buffet in Hermitage after eating at China King Buffet during a birthday party. I now have been there about 5 times and we are 60 miles away. Great craw fish and the customer service is excellent for an Asian place.
Ordered my food and it had no FLAVOR and the rice wasn't even cooked all the way! This is the worst Chinese restaurant I have ever received food from! Ask for my money back and explain why I wasn't happy with the food told the guy I even rewarm the food up and he told me it was something wrong with my microwave- no your food is just disgusting!
