I waited all the way to 6 am to call and ask questions about hours and bus fares the phone just ring .then waited five minutes to call back and got a busy signal then waited ten minutes to be cut right off.what kind of greyhound is that? So now I'm trying once again and now it's ringing and no one is availablle and seems like I was cut off! Who do I make complaints too because this is bad business.
The people who answer the phones have attitudes and come off really rude. They aren't even a normal bus station building they are located in a gas station and the address on their website needs to be changed so others don't waste their gas going to Jefferson street.
