My family and I attended our annual birthday party at this Quality Inn, the staff was the best, our rooms were spotless, and the service was excellent. I would recommend staying or having events here.
Room has been renovated. Close to restraunts n shopping area. Staff was extra nice. The bed was comfortable. The a/c unit worked great! Good price for budget income. N/a on breakfast since we slept in.
The guy in the front office is extremely mean and rude to everyone and it is a wonder they have any business at all
If you have any kind of pride don't stay at the motel. This place is full of drug addicts and rude employee. This motel is one of the worst I have ever encountered flea and roach infested. I woundnt advise my worst enemy to stay at this filthy place.
The guy Josh in the front office is very rude. Because I didn't have a phone number then I wasn't allowed to go visit someone.. and when I was shocked by it he got super rude. I see following rules that makes sense but not everyone has a phone
it is reasonably priced and in a great location. close to the downtown area. with plenty of close restaurant s
We were booked in a flea infested rm that smelled like a zoo, tho they changed us to another rm w/o any problems...the rm they moved us to wasn't clean, the bathtub was disgusting! As if getting eaten alive by fleas wasn't enough, don't expect to getting any sleep...this was a noisy hotel, I don't care what floor you're on! Definitely wouldn't recommend this hotel to anyone.
We blocked off about 40 rooms for my wedding in July 2013 and had a wonderful experience. The rooms were very nice! We were also glad to see a Keurig machine in each room. The staff was VERY friendly and accommodating to all our guests. I couldn't have asked for a better hotel to work with having such a large group to accommodate. Each night hotel guests enjoyed themselves at the lounge for drinks. Breakfast was your traditional free hotel breakfast. The hotel is directly across from the River which has a walking path and park and in the heart of downtown Clarksville. I highly recommend this hotel.
Until I visited America's Best Inn, I thought motel experiences like the one I had here only existed in movies or urban legends. I still have nightmares about it to this day!In addition to the entire motel reeking of incense, the first room they gave me also smelled strongly of smoke. And, much to my horror, I found a huge chunky smear of crap between the sheets when I pulled back the covers on the bed! The woman on shift wouldn't give me a refund, and wouldn't let me talk to the owners who lived on premises. Before she was even willing to give me a new room, with sheets, fresh out of the dryer, that I was to put on the bed myself, and a whopping ten percent discount, she interrogated me as if this was a ploy to get a free room for the night. To make matters worse, in the next room I was issued, there were bugs crawling between the sheets! Again, the woman seemed skeptical of me, as if I'd planted them there myself. I told her point blank that I didn't want to stay in her dirty motel but that I wanted to leave with my money in hand! Even though this is way out of character for me, I spent about ten minutes arguing with her and yelling at her, and she still wouldn't issue me a refund until I finally threatened to call the Chamber of Commerce, the Better Business Bureau and the Department of Health! It might be called America's Best Inn, but it's definitely Tennessee's worst! I feel sorry for anyone who winds up trapped spending a night there, and hope people read this review before they're doomed to that fate.
