This is not corporation! I called in about my bill. Twice the manager said she would call me right back about them adding me on two year contract instead of them using the promotion that was going on in the store. Never called back and now the manager is conventally "out of town" and did not answer when she was called to handle the situation. Now my bill is $65 more a month then was told. Will NOT BE EVER coming back here again and more than likely after the 6 months is over will be switching my service.
Customer service is a Joke! Phone was not responding to a charger, the repair tech said she could soder the charging port back together and it would be back to normal, picked up phone and the same issue, she didnt even test it or check to see if it even worked! Then replacement phone was ordered, after a week I called to check and see if it was in and they advised me of a back order, I was not advised of this to begin with! Then they purposely gave me a defective phone in exchange! Would not process a new exchange with out returnign to the store. Mind you its now going on 2 weeks with a defective phone! Finally, after contacting Sprint directly and numerous threats to cancel they are shipping me a replacement phone to avoid going back to that store location. This store is a joke and not even a direct Sprint store! The tech obviously isnt there to help with customers and the store manager continuously tried to talk over me when speaking with him. This store should seriously be put out of business!
This store is a Joke. Its not even a direct Sprint store, they are a 3rd party. I turned my phone in to be repaired, when I got it back, It was not repaired. I don't think she even looked at it when she told me it was an easy repair. The charging port had to be reattached, they had to order a replacement, I received a defective replacement after a week of waiting, wasn't advised it was on backorder and they refused to replace it again without returning to the store, mind you it was less then 24 hrs that I had the phone. After contacting Sprint directly I finally got a replacement to be sent to me. The repair tech was very rude and didn't seem to want to be there. The store manager was also rude and continuously tried to talk over me on the phone. I don't call that customer service!
