I had my first appointment for microblading done June 5 2017 with Keitha for $275.00 and was told the touch up was included. I called to make a 6 week touch up and spoke with Olivia's assistant to get it scheduled, she confirmed that the touch up was free as part of my original payment. On July 14th 2017 I went in for my touch up with the new technician Arista, she completed the touch up with no issues and walked me to the front desk. Olivia then stated I was to pay $75.00 for the touch up. I advised that I had been told on more than one occasion that the touch up was included. Olivia then went on to say that her assistant doesn't know what she doing and that she shouldn't have been telling me anything. After discussing things with Tiffany, Olivia stated that I would not have to pay. Today (Jan 26 2018) I had an appointment for a touch up. Upon my arrival I confirmed with Olivia that the cost for my touch up would be $75.00. Arista and I discussed my concerns about my eyebrows, I wanted touch ups in 2 places per eyebrow. Arista stated that because Keitha did not do my eyebrows properly back in June (just 7 months prior) she would have to charge full price in order to fix them. Arista stated that Olivia is the one who advised her to charge me full price. I went to the front desk to speak to Olivia and she stated I needed more than a touch up, that I needed completely new eyebrows. Olivia then stated that because Arista didn't shape my eyebrows originally that she would be uncomfortable doing a touch up. Arista did my 6 week touch up in July and was comfortable with it then. Tiffany, the owner, sat there listening to everything and did not once step in to say anything. For a procedure that's supposed to last a year or longer, my results are terrible. I am highly disappointed in the service provided at Tiffanys and do not recommend going there.
I've been going to this salon for a couple of years now. I've always have had great service. Christina West never disappoints me. I will always go back to Tiffanys and have my hair done by Christina.

Hands down best hair salon ever!!!! Tiffany is amazing and always makes sure I leave happy.... I'm not the easiest client to please I'm very picky but she never gets frustrated with me she goes above and beyond to make sure I'm happy and look fabulous! Her whole staff is friendly and amazing. The salon is beautiful and for a single mommy it's my fav place to go and relax for some me time and girl talk!!! Highly recommend this salon If your looking for a place to go and always leave happy. I've been a day one client I just love her work!! Her passion and drive for what she does shows every time I'm in the salon!!!
I highly recommend Tiffany's! She and her staff not only friendly and knowledgeable.. they are always on the cutting edge of the latest techniques and products. I love going to her with some funky hair color ideas and she's always up for the challenge. My family and I have been going to her for years. As a 40s something mom with kids ranging from 17-22 who are super picky about their hair. This was the one place we could all agree on. I also love the convenience of getting my hair done along with my eyebrows waxed and my makeup done for a girls night out or date night! I always leave there feeling amazing!
Tiffany has been my hairstylist for many years. I always walk out of there completely satisfied. The salon has always been a very welcoming environment, I've never once left disappointed. Tiffany and her staff will do whatever they can to please their customers.
I just love going to Tiffany's hair spa. Tiffany and her staff are always very friendly and all are very knowledgeable. Tiffany and staff are always up to date with hair styles, colors, latest technology and products. I have been a client of Tiffany's for several years. I always get nice compliments on my hair.
I visited this salon based on a friend's recommendation. I was told to go with a certain stylist to which I never got to meet until half way through my color application from a whole different stylist which was in no way communicated to me. I should have immediately refused to go any further but I gave the salon the benefit of the doubt- bad decision on my part. I walked into that salon with a blonde balayage and had a consultation to simply freshen up my blonde and remove some of the brassy tone to more of a cool blonde. After 4.5 hours the stylist turned my chair for me to discover PINK hair. Shocked is an understatement. At that point I was exhausted and perplexed so I paid ($170+) and left. I contacted the salon the next day and long story short.. I went back and forth with the owner, which in my opinion was unprofessional in itself to feel like I was on trial for a mistake made by her stylist. I was told to come back in a get it "fixed" and that no refunds were given and have never been asked for.. you can clearly read on this FB as well as other review forums that refunds have in fact been given and mistakes have been made (as with every salon.) Another 4 hours of my time was spent at the salon to correct my pink (rose) colored hair only to end up with a more golden/brassy tone than when I came in. I would not recommend this salon- not only did I waste my money but I spent over 8 hours there to leave more unhappy then when I walked in. I ended up receiving a $50 refund because that was what the owner considered "fair" because "she had to pay for her master stylist time and the immense amount of product that was used on my hair." Seems to me that as a business owner you should do whatever the client is requesting after a mess up of that magnitude. It was never about the money but the fact that I even had to ask, so that I can take that money and go somewhere else yet again to get my hair "fixed", is just sad and unprofessional. Save yourself the headache!
