This made my first time ever renting a car & my experience overall was good. The only issues I had was their slogan "We'll pick you up." is only valid in certain locations so that put a strain on getting to the location to pick up the car. Also, they didn't explain the pricing/gas return policy very well to a first time renter, so, I paid 3 times more than I was quoted online, so that came as a big shock. At least now I know what to expect.
I have used this location for a year. I rent one or two times a month. When ever there has been a problem the manager has made it right. I only real issue I had was when I was given a car that was not the class I ordered. When I questioned the sales person he told me it was the correct class. Long story short. the main manager made it right. From that time on I have not been lied to.
I am a repeat customer as my job takes me out of state frequently. We only use Enterprise and the team here in Clarksville on Wilma Rudolph is amazing. They really make the encounter about the customer.
I love my rentals from Enterprise Rentals, they're cars are always nice and clean. Plus they're customer service reps are always nice and very patient with me each time I go there.
I have never had a bad experience with the people here. All of them go out of their way to give you great service and if a problem arises, the management team is quick to fix it.
I have rented from them MANY times. I have always been treated very well. I love their reward program. Just did a 4 day rental for free with my reward points!
this is the only car rental business that I ever use....they are very customer oriented, and helpful with whatever your needs may b3e.
