Had to call about 10 times to make the appointment. Kept getting voicemails, wrong departments, and hang ups. Finally made the appointment with a supervisor, showed up, waited for 2 hours and they tell me they don't have the part!!!

Do not Trust Neil Huffman Honda Service! I was a loyal customer of their for 10+ years. I paid for a full service package called the works package ($149.99) which ended up costing me a bit over $230. They found a leaking power steering pump and gave me a $700 estimate. I took my car to a different auto shop who gave me an estimate for half. My mechanic looked at my engine and tires and asked me if I was sure I had gotten my car inspected and serviced because none of my fluids had been filled, my radiator reservoir was empty, my windshield fluid hadn’t been filled, my brake fluid was low, the engine filter was filthy, my tires hadn’t been balanced and rotated as the layer of dirt hadn’t been disturbed nor had any weights been added. The only thing they did do was the oil change and they changed the cabin filter. My dad and my partner who is blind took my car in and spoke to the service guy Scott and the manager as well. So I called and Scott answered and I told him I needed a service and whether they had any specials and he told me about the works package for $149.99 which is what I had purchased previously. I asked him what all it included and he said it included a full inspection, tires rotated and balanced, oil filter and change, topping of all my fluids, and more. I then asked me why none of this was done to my Honda when it was there just the day before. After floundering and stammering for a bit, he became defensive and started yelling at me which made me yell at him. The absolute gall. He then tells me to bring my car back so that they could do all the work they said they did and charged me for but did not do. I told him I wanted a full refund and that I wasn’t going to bring my car back to them ever again. He told me then there wasn’t anything they could do and I would need to call back on Monday and speak to the service manager. I did and I got the money back for the things they didn’t do. I still paid for the oil change and the cabin filter.
They lied to me on the phone twice a day for three days. Had my car for two days and never provided the maintenance I asked for. Don't believe what Nick F. tells you.
Talked to owner about dropping my 78 boat off and said "yeah, no problem!" Show up and the old guy working behind the counter said no service for old boats..... (45 minutes later came back) and said my apologies he said he would work on your boat????? All I wanted was a diagnostic. ..... 2 weeks later I call and leave a voicemail.... Get a call the next day explaining what they thought was wrong with the motor (would start for 30 seconds and die) anyways, they call me back the next day and say that one of the carb floats is stuck open and needs to be rebuilt (not a surprise it's an 80's outboard). They say for 3 carbs (since they cannot clean 1 let alone 3 that it would cost 1200 to "rebuild all 3." )
They are terrible people. I did not have a car. When I first called them, one technician told me that he can drive a car to me to let me try. After I tried the car, he suggested me to drive to the car dealer and promised that he will drive me back if I did not buy a car that day. But it turned out that on one drove me back since I did not buy a car from them. Terrible service, terrible people.
I have a 1992 Civic Si that Neil Huffman' Service department has kept in good condition for years. Their managers are very helpful and take a personal interest in their customers. They only recommend work that is essential and will tell you if it's safe to wait.
The manager was extremely rude and condescending to me, and used slimy, misleading sales tactics. I will not likely go back there.Update: They sold me a tire with a temporary plug that was in a place where a tire can't have a permanent plug that will stay in place. Hence, the tire was is in need of replacement. It cost me $176 to replace the tire. They guaranteed me that it had good tires when I purchased the vehicle. I called the manager, Charles, and he said it was "not his problem." I called the salesperson, Tavis, who was extremely rude and unprofessional, and refused to help me. He was, of course, extremely polite when trying to sell me the car.
I Have purchased 2 NEW vehicles from Carriage Ford since June 2012 and I need some service. I've tried to make an appointment online, submitted an online request for them to contact me, I've called 3 times and spoke to staff who assured me that they would call me back, and I've also been to the dealership itself and I CANNOT GET ANY SERVICE. I will NOT BU ANY MORE VEHICLES FROM CARRIAGE FORD AGAIN DUE TO VERY POOR SERVICE !! I've spent over $70,000 there ... I THOUGHT THEY'D AT LEAST RETURN MY CALLS, MESSAGES, OR E-MAILS ... BUT NOT SO FAR !!! VERY DISAPPOINTED CUSTOMER FROM NEW ALBANY, INDIANA. I'm STILL WAITING (BUT NOT FOR MUCH LONGER! IT'S BEEN WAY TOO LONG NOW !! I'm ready to take my money somewhere else !
I've never been to a car dealership that made me feel more comfortable. It was like I was part of their family. Got a great deal on a certified pre-owned Fusion that I love. Will never car shop anywhere else! Thanks Carriage Ford!
