        The lawnmower technician was awesome! He fixed and cleaned everything. Explain how the lawn mower worked (we bough it second hand), and was able to advise us on lots of helpful hints and tips we would never have known if we bough it brand new. Thoroughly recommend! Well worth the investment!

        Both technicians who helped repair our grill were very friendly, helpful and efficient. We are so glad that we bought the extended warranty as our repairs cost far more than the warranty did and our "out of pocket" was $0.
