Me and my husband decided to give this place a chance, even after reading some of the bad reviews. I wish we had not!! We left before my eye exam by the doctor and before he picked out glasses. Not only did the staff dismiss the gentleman she was speaking with to talk to us, when I told her to finish with him she said " It's ok". I told her it's not ok and apologized to the gentleman. She looked puzzled. How rude not to finish with 1 customer before starting a conversation with another. But the thing that sent me over the edge was when I was taken for the prescreen and the young lady doing the test completed the routine ( look at the tractor and the puff of air) pointed to another machine and said something about this machine checks behind your eye for diseases. It was not familiar to me so I asked if it was part of the routine exam and she said no. That's when I told my husband and we decided that was it and we were leaving. It has been my experience that most insurances will not pay for " extra" testing. Maybe it does pay for whatever test she wanted to do on me. But the fact that she did not explain to me that it was not part of the routine eye exam makes me wonder.

I Scratch my Lenses on my glasses on Vacation and took my glasses to The Clarksville store to get a cost of replacing the Lenses only. They told me the best they could do was $365.00 to replace Lenses. When I got out to my car I called to make a Appointment for Lasik, I now have a Appointment for next Tuesday with Dr . Smith Thanks for heading me in that direction !! $365 just for Lenses was a little crazy for me Steve Johnson
My boyfriend had to wait an hour for the secretary/desk woman to confirm his insurance covered vision, even though it was blue cross and blue anthem and I know for a fact it does not take that long to confirm whether you are covered by vision. They then placed him at the end of the waiting queue after they FINALLY confirmed he was covered. So we are still currently waiting. We also missed another important appntmnt while waiting here.
