Food was sloppy and inedible. Managers were ignorant, rude, and nonchalant. Other staff members were under qualified and unable to provide basic, friendly customer corteousy. I felt discriminated against, and will never return to this location.
Don't depend on them to pick up the phone to take your order. The evening of April the 21st, 2015 after working a 14 hour day, I checked into the excellent hotel the Quality Inn. Being a truck driver, I'm unable to legally drive my truck any further. So I resolve to resting in my hotel room and ordering out. Approx. 9:40 pm, I call Pizza Hut in hopes to make an order but the phone never picks up. I look elsewhere to for delivery. I call Pizza Pro, but they don't deliver. So I call Pizza Hut, phone rings, someone picks up the receiver and hangs up on me. Stunned and confused figuring the must be SOME explanation I call again.Someone answered, I said I needed to make an order. They said we're closed.Frustrated I said I needed to speak to your manager. They said sure.... and they hung up on me. Needless to say I was mad.I was stuck without food and no way to drive. THANK you sooooooo much Pizza Hut. You will not be getting my business ever. I will be posting my complaint to as many review sites as I can. If there was a rating that should negative, I'd posted THAT. My suggestion to whoever reads this.... plan ahead and don't trust Pizza Hut to be there when you need them.
